I began working last week on Febuary 1, 2017 the day after my daughter turned 14 everything was going well and on Febuary 4 I recieved a call later on that night that my daughters dad was in a accident and died on out way to my daughters dads parents we were in a car accident ourself were i sustained neck and back inguries. I reported to work my manager the next day they were open her name is Lydsey everything that happened and she assured me that everything was ok and to take as much time as i needed and how sorry she was for mine and my daughters loss. I called today again this is only the second day I have called out and spoke with another manger named Olivia she assured me once again to take as much time as I needed and I told her I couldnt afford to take off anymore and Iwould be in tommorrow. At 4:00pm today I recieved a phone call from my manager Lydsey stating that they feel I have to much going on and they were going to let me go. How heartless can a company be to do this to me at the worst time in my life my my dads car is totaled i live with them because of a bad relationship i had gotten out of and because of me not having anything in my name this was to be my start to get on my feet for me and my four children. All this mind you my managers all knew. If a company is this classless and heartless to not even fire me face to face I want everyone to know what kind of people they are and to beware of them this is byfar the worst company i have ever worked for. I appreciate your time and ask that you all pray for my daughter as she was a daddys girl and is completly broken.

On 7/31/15 we had primal come to our home to service our A/C and paid $59.95, the tech (Jeff D )that came out was very good and he check everything and have is an estimate of $4800 he said we should get it done soon because there was signs of mold, and our credit wasn't good so we couldn't get a loan. Fast forward to 11/25/15 we saved the money and had them come out to install . They sent a different tech name mike he didn't check anything over he just copied the first estimate after I told him we already had a quote and showed him the paper work at that time he never said that some of the things where on special and no longer available as far as the mastic sealing of all my ducts which they tried to use as a defense after the fact. He also didn't put the sanitize ducts I have called the company many times about the situation and I was told I would be called back or they would schedule someone to take care of it . The system permit still haven't been checked. I called today very upset because my thermostat was on 75 but it was showing 72 I was not showed how to work it after the install so I was upset because it was another problem added to the many other and we just got it installed the tech told me that the owner JD said that I have to pay $110 service fee for the lack of them showing me how to work my system he also threatened to void the warenty of this brand new system we paid $4800 if we don't pay the $110 I don't owe these people nothing. At this point I just want them to come get there system and give me back my money. I don't trust them and I don't know what they will try to do in the future so I don't want to deal with theses people. I'm pregnant and have 3 kids and I got this system to make sure my family is safe and these crooks lied and stole my money and refused to fix the problem they want to charge me $700 and something dollars to fix it this company has no kind of customer service. Once you give up your money that's it. I would never refer this company I reported them to BBB and I will report to any other outlet that I can including FaceBook .

I cannot get Promag Energy to stop calling me despite already having made a service appointment for next spring for my new system. One caller even said my warranty will be violated if I didn't make an appointment now. This is false according to the manufacturer of the system. I continue to get calls from the company and each time its someone different who has no clue that I already have an appointment.

My husband and I have a 7 year old Carrier A/C unit that went on the fritz in the wee hours of the morning. My husband tried to do what he could to trouble shoot the problem but could not get it to produce cold air. In desparation since it was 3:30 pm the next day, I called this complany which I found their number on the internet. They sent a tech out and he was here at the house in 1.5 hours. The "special" they were running was $105.00 off the repair service. I immediately questioned that since we really thought that the unit was simply out of freon. A $55.00 automatic servivce fee was charged for the tech to come out. FRED arrived to our house and went right to work. In 30 seconds he was making crazy loud comments about how filthy our coils were!!! Then he went outside and started to unscrew things on the outside unit. My husband watched him like a hawk because both of us were already starting to become creeped out by this guys disposition. He was at our house for 15 min went he let my husband know that we needed a "acid clean" for the evaporation coils= $475.00 and we needed a new compacitor =$ 575.00.

After my husband and I stopped laughing, we asked FRED to close up everything he had taken apart and we would give him his $55.00 fee and he could leave. The next day we got a "real" company out and they summed it all up in minutes. The compacitor was worn and needed replacement. Total cost to us for the visit $ 129.00. We told him what FRED said about the coils. We were told the coils were just fine no issues.

We were so pissed about the blatant ripoff by Promag that my husband called that same day and talked to the woman who said she was a supervisor and told her we wanted the $55.00 service fee returned. She became instantly ghetto and said that was not going to happen and hung up!!
