I may have agreed to a 1.00 charge, but never to anything more ! then got charged another 40.00 that i never approved !
I was looking for jobs to do from home about a week ago. I was told i would only be charged $1, but instead hot charged 59.95. I do not have any income and would like my money back.
My bank called to notify me of a merchant attempting to retrieve 59. on 4 attempts. I just had a new card issued less than 2mths ago from someone ordering magazines in my name, that was never sent to me. So I cant figure how my new card information was issued to an employment agency and WHY they would charge for finding a job. I did look up the company the bank gave me and came across a ton of complaints from others including a professor claiming he was taken advantage of but he did enter his card information for what he thought was free. I on the other hand, never heard of this company, nor dealt with obtaining a job through them. So I am puzzled as to how they got my new information.
I just called the number listed and its 3:45pm yet a receptionist answers and state she could not help me but have someone call me back within 1 business day. I think this is definitely strange because what agency cant speak to people in reference to getting a job. Usually a receptionist should place you on hold to speak to someone unless its an after hours answering service. So hopefully I will get to the bottom of this soon.
I have been looking for work from home opportunities. I do not recall the name ProJobs Network and would not have authorized them to charge me for a service.
I do not know when this happened.
I expect to be reimbursed the 59.95 charge that was charged to my bank account on July 31, 2017.
Projobnetwork.com charged $199.00 to my credit despite the special offer on their website for FREE job postings.
I never agreed to pay for the services from projobnetwork.com. Now i have to contact the credit card company to get my $199.00 back. What a pain!
