Ordered and paid for a home projector and accessories on 1-1-17, over ten 10 months ago since they excepted our payment, with no receipt of equipment purchased or refund? I can only guess to this compnies business mode. A Canadian based company who's, at the time of payment, USD exchange rate wa approximately $1.36 to a $1.00 Canadian. I'd say there making quite a profit on taking, unsuspecting US buyers dollars, sitting on our orders, waiting for customers to become tired of waiting and happily returning there original outlay of USD cash. Unfortunaetly for me, they told it had been shipped several times, even sent tracking info? I personally wanted my equipment, always have always will. Projectordudes, not only told me its been shipped, several times, John, Zack, Sterling, told me they were going to return our US dollars, that was in March. It is now 10-2-2017, they are telling me they dont have the means to return my money? Countinuing to advertise the same equipment I purchased on 1-1-2017 as in stock, at the same price. Im not the only one this has happened to..there many of the same complaints, taking USD with no delivery of equipment or paid monies.
After ordering a projector which I never got after 5 weeks I inquired. I was told the credit card co. would issue me a refund for a bad purchase. 5 weeks was too late for the card co to do anything. I contacted them. After several emails back and forth they agreed to refund. I never received it. They wanted me to give them a pay-pal account to use, I did. Now they say they can't use that because of international currency issues. I orderd the projector in Jan. and it is now Sept 19 and I still have not gotten my refund. It is clear to me that they depend on the graces of the card co's to issue refunds since they obviously do not. They told me on the phone they depended on the card co. for the refund of bad purchases. I want my money of $518.00 back. I ordered a p;rojector in good faith assuming they would deliver, they have not, nor will they refund my money.
