Bad Experience with ProjectorTeam Inc. of Huntington Beach, California
In September our Massachusetts church ordered and paid for a digital projector and case from ProjectorTeam Inc. of Huntington Beach, California. After several contacts and reminders, the projector finally arrived about three weeks later. There was no further word on the case.
After a number of subsequent reminders, the dealer finally responded on December 11 that he was in possession of the case [he had to order it] and that he would call us by telephone in a few days and send it to us. In fact, that was the last we heard from this dealer. Despite subsequent attempts to contact him, as of this date [January 29, 2018] four months [!] after that case was purchased, we still have NOT received that projector case that our church paid for in September, nor have we heard from that dealer or received a refund.
At this point, no more excuses from this dealership will resolve this issue.
Making a purchase from ProjectorTeam Inc. was an aggravating experience. Such unprofessional behavior and our church has been taken advantage of. It is sad to think that this dealership appears to focus on making sales to religious institutions.

The customer purchased 2 Hitachi CP-X5022WN for his DJ business. He wanted units that would do mapping which cost in the neighborhood of $5000 and up. His budget was substantially lower. I sent the merchandise to the customer prior to even receiving a check from him. This is like a store allowing the customer to walk out of their doors without paying. He used them and was not happy. We accept all returns as long as the merchandise is in the original boxes with all accessories and less than 2 hours on the lamp. ZI never received the projectors back at my warehouse. We do not refund money to clients who still have the product in their possession. I am still willing to refund this if we receive the merchandise back.

Ed talked me out of purchasing a differetn projector. He said the projector that he recommended would work. It did not work for me, the contrast was not high enough. Something that I brought up to him. He said trust him and if did not work he would exchange projectors for ones that worked. Even though he told me he was sending a different projector in the mail it never came. He never claimed it got lost, so I will claim it was a flat out lie. I purchased 2 projectors that did not work for my business. It cost me sales because I could not use the ones he recommened and sent me. DO NOT trust this man.
I used checks for my purcase. I will never do that again for anybody. Do not trust this man.

I asked so many questions of the end user. He had a specific budget. I recommended the units others have used doing exactly what he is doing. He used the projectors. I am happy to take them back. We charge a 20% restocking fee. All the end user has to do is send them back in the original packaging to me freight prepaid and I will gladly refund the money to them
Projector Replacement
The customer never send me back the original projectors. How was I supposed to send another without the return. Now it is too late
