On the Projectmanager.com website it indicates that the monthly charge for each option is monthy. We selected what we thought was the $20/month Team option and were given 30 days to evaluate. At the end of the period we received an email indicated that the trial was over and we would be charged but there was no mention of how much the charge would be. We later found a $200 charge on our Visa account. We tried to call Projectmanger.com but no one answers the phone. They did respond to our emails and were told it was not $20/month but $20/month PER USER. We told them to cancel our account and refund the money which they refused to do. In a subsequent email they offered to provide us a personal option for $35/month however it is clear on their website that personal version is $15/month. While their software is fairly easy to use, their method of pricing is deceptive and a scam.
