Federal Government agencies Mike Ward the owner of PMSG known on the internet as Professional Management Staffing Group since November 18th he has started a new company named Ultra-Tek which is based in St. Louis, Mo and Gulfport, Mississippi and Mobile, Ala. has worked as a staffing company until November 18th under PMSG then he left a trail of law suits, defrauded employees of their paychecks and overnight left a office with with rent payments due in both Virginia and Mississippi.
Mike Ward started the new company under the name of Ultra-Tek proposing to be a firm to offer PPE Supplies and building santitation. The largest shipbuilidng company in America Newport Shipbuilding and its Huntington Ingalls Industries in Virginia and Mississippi gave PMSG a small contract for staffing services. Due to poor recruiting services the Company down graded the firm to a level 2. PMSG could not contact the company direct. All staffing personnel recruited by PMSG had to go to one of four other firms to vet that potential employee. This was due to a level of trust.
We have first hand and documented information that Mike Ward has closed business relationships with criminal backgrounds. When approached about his association he became angry and threaten to cause harm to members of our staff for making the discovery and attempting to discuss the matter with him.
