There was a problems here and I was asked to come on board to put this company back together. I have been in this industry for going on 20 years and have built closing departments for several title companies. It is much harder to rebuild a company than start a new one. PSS has been in business for 16 years and their reputation has suffered the last few years. I am here to "fix" that. If you were hired by us and were not paid please e-mail me at [email protected]. I WILL get this resolved! All I can do is apologize for anything before 10/1/15. If you sent me an invoice and WERE paid quickly afterwards, all I can ask is that you post a comment here so hopefully I can see some improvement in our status. I am a closing agent myself and believe me I understand how important this is. 90 days is absolutely unacceptable!
I was hired by Paul Gambrill and Dave Taylor of Professional Signing Services, Chesterland, Ohio on June 4, 2015 to provide notary and closing services in Colorado for a buyer purchasing a home in Ohio. The agreed fee for my services, including printing, presenting and notarizing the document package was $165.00. I submitted an invoice to them the same day as the closing and have still not received payment over 60 days later. I have attempted to contact Paul Gambrill and Dave Taylor of Professional Signing Services several times since June by email and phone but have been unsuccessful. Their web site is no longer operational. I did receive a voice mail from Dave Taylor on August 11 stating that a check would be cut and mailed to me that day. It is now 14 days later and I have still not received payment. Yesterday I requested payment via PayPal however I received no response to that request. Doing a search on notaryrotary.com reveals that this company has a long-standing record of non-payment to notaries all over the country. Doing a search for Paul Gambrill reveals that he has been involved in the past in receiving goods purchased using a stolen credit card. It is my belief that Paul Gambrill, Dave Taylor and Professional Settlement Services are nothing but a sham.
