Beware

The scam continues. Products Cube got me when I ordered a Dell laptop from them 11/30/19. They required I purchase with PayPall. On 12/9 I got an email indicating the computer shipped, but no tracking. On 12/16 I sent an email asking for an update and tracking with no response. Five emails later, no response and still no computer. Thanks to PayPal my purchase was refunded for non-delivery.

On 24 Oct I placed via the internet an order with Products Cube for a computer. When I attempted to organize payment through Paypal, I encountered problems that prompted a request that I contact Products Cube via their chat function. A Products Cube representative directed me to release cash payment from Paypal, which I did.

I soon received a message acknowledging payment and estimating delivery within 5-7 working days. After 2 weeks I initiated a chat via the Products Cube website with "Marvin", who assured delivery by 9 Nov. On 10 Nov I again initiated a chat with "Marvin", who immediately abandoned the chat. As of 13 Nov I have not received the order.

I now believe that Products Cube is, despite the apparent professionalism of their website, a scam that has cost me nearly $550. I am now searching for options to recover my money.

Tried to order a computer with them thru Pay Pal. The first two times it did not go thru so I let them do it for me. When it came back the third time it was under a different name and I got suspicious. Told them I was calling paypal to cancel and they said not to that they would do it but they never did

On February 19th,I got on the website productscube.com and ordered a 24 in Samsung monitor and due to my stupidity, After chatting with Marting for half an hour, I wanted to charge it to my Visa card, but he said hw will give me a bonus of 10% if I go through Paypal...wow...I believe in this fraude website and I should have known it better. He wanted me to forward the money to a mystrious lady by the name of Helen Hatfield, which I did.

Now it's been over two weeks and I have not received the monitor, but the money was taken from my Umpqua nank account. ($206.01)

Obviuosly, these people are professional thieves and have done to million people and rob them with millions of dollars. I went back and reviewed the chat and I can see how it was a premeditated crime.

I am not sure what you're going to do...I want my money back...

He kept promissing me three business days but the fact is he did not sent a d**n thing...he kept saying he sent it through US Post office (the slug mail)...I felt from the beginning that this deal is not honest and I am dealing with a crook.

I get the feeling that you guys are an acomplise to Productscube...I will go to Yeld.com and report both of you.

I do work for the US Secret Service and I know what to do.

I expect an answer from you within 24 hours...but how are support to respond if you don't have my email? huh?

Order a computer from their site on credit card. After 2 weeks the card wasn't charged and the computer not shipped. I contacted them and they asked me to pay through paypal and would discount the purchase. They gave me a paypal account to credit. I sent the money. Next day the sent email saying that the computer had shipped. After it never arrived I contacted them again and asked them for the shipper name and tracking number. They never replied. Did not ever get computer. Researched their site on internet (too late) and found out all the similar scams including those on this site.

Total scam, total ripoff. Stay away and do not buy from them.

Placed an order for a desktop. I was aked to pay via PayPal to take advantage of their 10% off. Then they asked to transfer monies not to a legit company but to "family and friends". The email used is total bogus and the name on the actual account where the monies are transferred are filed under ROBERT VINES. Currently filed a dispute and claim with PayPal. The asked to remove the complaint so they can refund the monies. Don't be lured by these scammers as they will take the money and run.

On 04-29-17 I placed an order, and payed for it with PayPal. I receaved a 10% discount for useing PayPal on this sale.

The order did not go through with PayPal, so Marvin gave me another 5% off, to come back the next day and redo the computer order.

I came back on 05-01-17 and placed a second order, and paid for it. On 05-02-17 I receaved an update, that said my order had shipped, and would be receaved on 05-05-17.

I have since contacted PayPal, and it is now in there hands. They said if I do not or have not receaved my order, or a refund, they will pay me my money back.

If you contact this company, they have a great looking site, at productscube.com, or crazifire.com, but they are nothing but thieves in the night. The only thing you will receave is messages saying your order has shipped.

On August/23/2017 was unlucky to stop on the website www.productscube.com looking for a laptop for my daughter.

There is no need to say I have never received it.PayPal said, the account I sent money to, was immediately closed after.

It is a fine fraud schematic. You see, as usual on other good websites something you like,it has a good price and you are adding this to card. Then pops up a live chat (Marvin, what a good name),and offers you additional 10% percent off of that already good price. And you think, thats even better.

But you will not pay with credit card, you will have to send money to "Ariel Redondo" (that was in my case)thru PayPal.PayPal means security,so you think, why not, save more money. You are not used to get scammed, and you go for that.

Everything I received after sending money ,was invoice.Loocking at this invoice and thinking,am I stupid or something else has a place here.

I think, some people may get their stuff, but in order this one to happen, some others will pay without getting anything. That is a fine froud schematic.

You cannot reach them,in no way,no comments here.

Will not say "do not buy from them" like everyone else. But if you have read this and you do ...............??????????????

Hope this was helpfull for someone,

Val

On 3 Sept 2017 Marvin guaranteed that my laptop would be delivered no later than 12 Sept. I was leaving town on the 13th and needed it for trip. Then on 5 Sept I talked to Sherry and ordered a mouse for the laptop. She guaranteed it would be shipped the same day.

I made these purchases thru PayPal in order to receive the 10% discount on the laptop. I did not receive the items. There is no order record online for the mouse and the laptop shows "shipped". Cannot call company, as they have no phone listed, and do no answer my emails.

Try to go to Online Live Chat and get the "agent is busy try back in 5-10 minutes". Did that and they closed shop on me without ever responding. I want to cancel the order but can't contact anyone. If I ever get the product am afraid to return it for fear there will be no refund forthcoming and they will have the product back.

I am going to try and have PayPal help me reslove this, but don't think they can because the money has already transferred to whomever.

Please don't order from these guys. If the price is too good to be true, then that just about describes it. I totally agee with everything that "Rollout" said. It is exactly what happened with me. I am glad I emailed the transcripts to myself for proof.

ProductsCube.com serves as a ripoff or scam internet site designed to take your money but send no product. The site is impressive offering many types of computers and information about the computers that you would see on any site offering a particular computer. Prices are less than what local stores offer - this is a come on, I sure.

There is claim to an address in West Nyack, NY - It is non existant. (try to google a map of it.) No business phone number is noted, nor is there a name of any company officer. Correspondance box is available, but not sure message actually go anywhere.

On lower right is chat box, so Customer Service Agent Marvin, or Sherry (not their real names) may assist you. If you are willing to use PayPal, a further discount is made to the pricing of the computer. Moreover, the agent is more than willing to offer remote access, so as to control what next takes place. Multiple attempts are made to clear a payment to PayPal (at least this is what you are shown.) They will try purchase an Amazon Gift card and send it to a mythical person at a tech company for the purchase. Then come back and say that didn't go through. "Do you have another credit card (or debit card) that can be used?" It seems fitting that the final attempt worked.

Delivery of the item will take 5-10 business days. Plenty of time for the payment to clear PayPal. Within 24 hours notice in made, "Status the the item has been sent via mail."

After the supposed delivery date has passed, communication gets fuzzy and frustrating. You use the chat box (which they control access to) because that's what worked before. "The status of the item is marked sent," must be a very common reply to many who have been ripped off.

At this point I can hardly believe what has happened, or how foolish I feel. Many lessons learned. After writing this in hope to spare some other consumer(s) some misery, my next report will be to the State Dept of Commere, then Consumer Financial Portection Bureau, and the ears of my elderly friends with just enough computer knowledge to hang themselves.

Dont purchase from productscube.com. They also have a sister site, crazifire.com (it uses the same html code with some style changes) They advertise pricing 30% below Best Buy, plus offer a 10% discount to use PayPal. They take your money, and never ship the product.

Things that should have tipped me off that this was a scam:

1) Price: 30% below everybody else.

2) 10% discount to use Paypal...probably dont have a merchant account. Paypal will charge you $10 for this service - they dont tell you that.

3) They IM you a link to use to connect to Paypal.

4) The payment goes to Jethro Santiago, at [email protected] - a completely different company.

5) There is no phone number on the website.

6) Bogus address. There is no 1280 Settlers Lane, West Nyack, NY 10994. They may have visited West Nyack once, but they dont have a physical building there.

7) You can only communicate with them by submitting a form or through website Chat. Doubt they answer form submissions.

8) Chat: they have a list of canned responses they use to talk to you. Ask a question they dont want to answer? they hit response #8, "Our support Agents are busy right now. Please wait 5-10 minutes."

9) Chat: they monitor IP addresses on the chat...they can disconnect a chat if they recognize your IP address.

10) They dont send email updates. I reached out over Chat to find out if my purchase had shipped, and suddenly I got an email saying it had shipped.

11) Log in and check your status? That feature isnt updated either.

12) When pressed on missed delivery date, they refer to the "vendor" - as in "its in the vendors hands"

12) When presed on missed delivery date, got canned response #4, "We have informed the Vendor. And we will get back to you within 24 hours regarding your order" Somehow, I dont see this happening.

13) When asked about order tracking, canned response #7, "Free shipping does not include tracking information"

Bad, bad, customer experience. Do Not Trust These Guys. Stay Away.

PayPal Scam Artists

The same thing that everyone else has stated happened to me. This site is a PayPal scam to rip people off.

I ordered an All in One Lenovo computer from Productscube.com. While I ordering there was an additional 10% incentive. I got trapped into this. I was doubtful to start with but the agent provided me the complete order information. I did send Paypal money to the individual and that was the biggest mistake. The name of the individual is Rommel Diaz and email address is rhodesenterprise@mail. com.

It is a complete scam and a fraud company. I never received the product. There is no phone to contact. The address listed on the website is 1280 Settlers Lane West Nyack, NY 10994

Never ever buy anything from this company. Please report if you are also trapped.

I purchased an Asus latest model computer from this site and one guy named Johnson assured me that I should receive the merchandise within 7 to 10 business days . Upon checking with him every other day he reassured me that the merchandise will arrive still on the 8th of February when the date came I sent him a text email he never replied I gave him a few warnings and he still never replied. I just want people to stay away from the site it's a complete sham
