I am aware of at least ten independent contractors that provided professional services and was refused payment by Robert Chapman. This company takes advantage of middle class hard working labor professionals putting them in unfortunate financial strife sometimes resulting in these people falling behind on bills, child support, and rent. This is not a business of integrity and people should avoid hiring this company and should not contract with them under any curcumstances.
