I noticed a transaction on my checking account for $19.95 the company it was listed with is SVCGS COM 855-3319531 TN. I called them and they stated they take calls for multiple online websites who deal with credit. They would not authorize a refund even though we did not provide the information to the company they stated this was done through Procredit.com They stated we could use the free services of roadside assistance and coupons they mail out but they do not authorize refunds. We are reporting the to the BBB as well as contacting our lawyer. This company is scamming people or someone has stolen my identity but either way it is not okay and should not be legal for them to keep my money when I did not authorize this transaction.

Where to begin,my wife and were in the ,market for a nice used vehicle so walking down whyte avenue one evening and decided to stop at procredit, that was our first mistake.we walked around the showroom for about 15 minutes before even being acknowledged.when we were asked if we needed assistance the reply was hang on a minute and i,ll find someone for you,oh this is 6;30 pm,are you serous about buying tonight as we are getting ready to close!!!!! right off the start we had a foul taste for this place.

when someone finally got to us he said sorry but we are extremely busy and we were the only two people in the showroom(lol).this person didn,t even acknowledge that my wife was even there and kept asking me questions about what i was looking for,so we finally decided to look at 2009 chev impala they had.we went outside and the sales guy said i ,ll be right out with the keys which took about another 10 minutes.we looked over the car and it didnt look to bad so my wife asked if we could go for a test drive and the guy looked at me and said would you like to drive the car? wtf then as we replied yes he then said i hope you,s are serious about buying and there has been lots of people looking at this one, typical greasy salesmans line, the car itself didn,t seem to drive very smooth but it may have been something very simple as i am not a mechanic.when ypou stepped on the brakes the steering wheel shook so bad you almost had to let go of it,then it came, the car has been sitting for a couple of days and it is just a bit of rust on the brakes and will smooth out after you drive it for a while.fair enough.we got back to the store and asked if we could see the inspection report and the carproof report,we got a dirty look with his eyes rolling and said fine, whatever.the inspection said everything passed and oil change and all fluids have been changed and topped up.i did not want ot do business here but my wife liked the car(hated the salesperson).

we then asked if we could take it for an independant inspection and then got another peculier look and he said ok but we need to do a credit application to see if you qualify for the financing first.i then said we are paying cash.all we got was oh i see. he got up and said i will be right back so we knew it would be another 10 minutes so i am getting frustrated now but i want to give my wife the benefit here.he came back and then said i will need a 500.00 non-refundable deposit if you want to take for an inspection.i stood up and said to my wife lets go this is ridiculous.anyways we finally got an ok to take the car for inspection with a refundable deposit.thank god we took it ;here is what the inspection showed,

1) the oil was never changed and was like sludge

2) the brake pads had 20%of pad left and would need to be changed asap

3) the rotors were grooved and warped and need to be replaced

4) windshield wipers did not work

5) when up the hoist the undercarriage had been washed off but we were shown a numerous amount of oil leaks

6)the tires had lots of treadwear left but were cracked and rotten and ready to blow at any time

7) no spare tire/jack or tools

8) air conditioning blowing hot

at this point we just stopped the mechanic and said don,t wast any, more time on this peice of s**t!!!!!!1

we then took the car back to the store and the sales guy said ok all is well so lets write it up and get you on your way.i handed him the keys with a copy of what the car needed and told him the inspection didnt even get completed so who knows how much more this wreck needed.he replied so you are not buying this beautiful car and we said absolutely not. he actually offered to show us something else but we said we would not purchase anything here if this is the type of inspections that actually passes or so it says and what mechanic in his right mind would sign off his licence number for these people.also what if there were children in this vehicle and the brakes malfunctioned and there was afatality.he then looked at us and politely thanked us for wasting his time.all ican say is that if anyone in edmonton and surrounding area need a vehicle do not go to pro-credit auto on whyte avenue.they are nothing more than a bunch of greasy, slimy people who are trying to sell 2,s dressed up as 9,s. we love whyte ave and unfortunately have to walk past this unreputable excuse for an auto dealer. we have been watching what new vehicles they recieve now for about a month and the 8 vehicles they have sitting in front of the showroom havent moved and i truly hope they don,t just for public safety.if anyone has had dealings with these (slumlords of the auto industry)be careful and check out everything if you are thinking of buying here which i highly don,t recommend.
