Purchased a heater for $134.99 on December 9th, 2017, returned it on December 12th,2017 as the unit would not work, and after contacting customer service and following all instructions to trouble shoot the heater. Contacted Procom on December 17th asking about the status of my refund, was told that it was being processed. It is not Jan. 18, 2018, no refund, no communication, nothing. There is no way it should take a reputable company over 30 days to refund my money for a faulty product that has been returned. So now I have not heater (which did not work) and no money to replace it with. Not a good way to do business.
