I am 70 years old - I used to get packets from Proavtive all the time - I would toss it in the trash can not knowing what they are. Anyways my daughter told me - Mom why are these packages coming here - so we kept one to get the information on it and called the Company. Then found out form them they were sending these to us and had charged my visa card $1098.06 - every bill from May 31, 2016 was being charged $142.70 each time.
I had no idea I was being charged. So I called them - and they asked me to settle the dispute with my bank and they were not giving me back any money. If my daughter had not told me I would never have known they were taking money from my account - which I had never signed authorizing them to do anything. Anyways this is a lot of money and I want my money back. I am retired with heart and several other llnesses. I am 70 years old and have been ripped off as a senior.
I started in Vicksburge , Ms with ken as a flyer crew runner. Dealt with not being paid locked out hotel rooms. Etc. I quite he gave me 1500 to come back cash an 20 hrs to be in South carolina with him. I needed the money i went an trusted i would be ok. I got there as a manager dog tired an was put in a motel room with 6 guys i demanded my own space an was given by this point crew had not been feed or trained. Ken was so high on drugs it was not funny. I was shortly shipped to Bastrop , la to set up for our new crew coming . tried to set housing an there was no money as usual. I became over pay days for my crew an there never was money to pay with out a hugh fight an threats of law suits. I was feed up after being owed 10 grand for months of no pay , paying my own motel rooms an even had my car repoed. I was threaned if i opened my mouth i would be taken care of. These two dumb as*es need to be stopped
