We joined Pro Source after the owner told us it was a Christian organization, with staff that had pro playing experience. We were told our son would be developed into a college ready player and that 99% of their players were given college scholarships. Pro Source is about $1000 higher than any other organizations but we were assured it was worth the money and we were excited for our son to be in a Christian enviornment. Sadly, these were all lies. The only "pro" coach left in the organization is the owner. The main coaches still there have only played HS/minimal college ball.
Team practices were held with the two other teams in the age group, so there were 50 plus kids and 3 coaches on one field, so very little development. The coaches were constantly berating the kids and gave no positive feedback whatsoever. Much profanity by the coaches during practice, which for older kids is fine, but not acceptable or Christian for the 12 and under set. We were very disheartened that this organization represented themselves as a top notch, Christian baseball club- nothing could be farther than the truth.
