First off I'd like to say that this shop seemed liked a scam from the get-go. They claim to pay your deductible and rental car in exchange for good reviews... perhaps the only reason they have any good reviews at all, but if you look up their reviews you will see a lot of people going through the same nightmare with this shop. The majority of the reviews you can find on Yelp state that people suspect this shop of committing insurance fraud in order to make up for the deductible. I also suspect this as they requested an additional $1000 from my insurance company and thought that it was okay to try to return my car to me in less than perfect condition. When we went to pick up the car there was scratches everywhere, missing paint and the interior was a mess. This shop also quoted me 21 days to fix my car and has had it for over 2 months! You would think that in that amount of time they would be able make the car like new, instead they made my brand new car worse than it was before the hail storm. There was maybe one or two hair sized scratches on my 2017 car before the hail storm, there is absolutely no reason why there should be a single scratch on it after they fixed it. Also, this shop charged my insurance for all brand new parts throughout the car, you can't tell me that all those parts were already scratched up with missing paint.
This shop needs to be investigated for insurance fraud and for scamming customers immediately. Do they have any copies of the reciepts for the new body parts they supposedly put on my car? I asked them and they said they couldn't give me that information. Do they have a reason why a brand new 2017 car would have scratches and missing paint when the purpose is to return the car to the shape it was in pre-storm? Should they be getting away with charging customers for thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work when the work they do is worth about half of what they charged, if even that? This needs to be looked into and put to a stop!
