I totaled my car. It took pro general iver30 days for an appraisal totalling the car then sent it under coverage review because my physical address was different from my mailing address on the policy. Over 4 months after the original claim they are refunding my policy and saying I did not have coverage, NOT paying for my totalled car... Same claim adjuster mentioned before, Brittany White.
