Clearly, the reason this person has not come forward and publically identified him/herself is that he or she knows that the allegations are false and cannot be defended. We have never had an unsatisfied client, and if there ever was one, we were not advised. We guarantee our customers satisfaction with our services and support. If our customers are not satisfied with our services, they can contact us and we will correct the situation. This person did not do that. Unfortunately, our business is based on serving complex legal documents. With most situations being very acrimonious, we are rarely greeted with open arms and smiles, and obtain quite a few enemies! Yet, in the six years since the company started, we have garnered appreciation from consumers who have been very complimentary of the services we offer and the way we operate. Our company used Cara Echino at Pro-file and suffered greatly from poor performance, arrogant attitude and incompetence across the board. She ended up costing us tens of thousands of dollars as she was highly dishonest and performed with no integrity or ability. We highly agree with this review as this woman needs to be shut down and not allowed to work in the legal field. Miss Echino did not live up to any of her pre-contract promises and ended up causing us trouble over a very long term. Due to her lack of knowledge, she not only cost us a tremendous amount of time, but also a great deal of money. Be very aware of Pro-file Registry and Cara Echino. She is NOT a good choice to do legal documentation in the Vancouver BC area. There are others who follow the rules and do a much better job.
I can say, as a bailiff that worked directly on this file that Cara and Pro-file did everything exactly as they should have and then some! I was witness to many of the verbal attacks on Ms. Echino via email from this particular client and if it were up to me, I would have told this guy where to go! Ms Echino is very professional and dealt with everything in more than a professional matter. If it was not for her, we would not have touched this file. William Abbott is abusive and misogynistic and nobody should have helped him.

We have worked with Cara for over 15 years and do not hesitate to ever recommend her for any work in Vancouver. SHe is absolutely professional and this person who is posting this is never happy and always complains to the law society about everyone. We are an ongoing client of Cara's and Pro-file's. We have been dealing with Cara for the past 10 years in her role before this company and now. We can say with complete honesty and full backing that Cara is completely professional and top quality for the field she is in. As we have been in the legal field for over 25 years, we can say that it is never easy dealing with legal matterrs in any fashion and it is almost impossible to have a 100% happy client all the time.
The person who wrote the above-captioned reviews happens to be the same person and one that is on a path to hurt and damage many companies. This person regularly reports every person he comes into contact with to the Law Society, and we also had the unfortunate crossing of paths with him as well. He was unhappy because Ms. Echino and her company as well as the companies she brought on board to help in this particular file would not do things against the law for this company so they could get what they wanted from the person they were suing. I have heard from this person many times and can only say that he is rude, obnoxious, sexist and completely obsessed with ruining other peoples companies. We had a horrible experience with Cara Echino too...She is very bad.
We had some work done with Cara Echino and she overcharged us, did not complete the work, and lied to us on numerous
occasions stating that she did the work for us, but she never did. We are very glad to see that someone else agrees with our
opinion because she really does need to be put out of business. She stole money from us and took months and months to
do basic tasks. Furthermore, when the job was complete (poorly) she demanded even more money. If you are a company of
any kind, we highly suggest you find a different document registry service because Pro-File and Cara Echino will only rip you
off and not do the job correctly. She is a manipulative thief who needs to be stopped. We heard from others who have dealt
