Horrible customer service with zero follow-up. It took multiple attempts to even get a follow up appointment scheduled. Finally ended up with a n appointment with Chase' assistant that lasted about 20 minutes. While I had a good meeting and no complaints with the "assistant" I had outcome that I needed did not come to fuition. The business plan is 2 pages of mishmosh.
There was ZERO follow-up nor were any of my calls answered shortly thereafter to contact me back for scheduling. Finally received my invoice for over $3000+.
Recommend you look elsewhere unless you like excessive waiting, delayed scheduling, zero follow-up and dealing with incorrect or lack of statistics and competitive research for my business plan.
We hired & ldquo;Pro Business Plans & rdquo; aka Business-Plans.com for my business plan under false pretense thinking it was the real www.ProBusinessPlans.com I went with them because they were rated #1 on https://toppitchdeckconsultants.com/ and https://topfractionalcfos.com. This morning I discovered that these review sites that claim to be unbiased were created by Chase Hughes the owner of & ldquo;Pro Business Plans & rdquo; aka Business-Plans.com. Chase Hughes is creating review websites and listing his company as number one. The work outline that I received on Friday is a direct copy and paste from somewhere because it has nothing to do with my business. I am honestly sick to my stomach. I & #39;m seeking a full refund so please get back to me asap.
We started working with pro bp back in early november. I made the deposit after what I thought was a short kickoff call but chase assured me that he had what he needed to start my pitch deck. We got the first iteration 2 weeks after making my deposit. The writing seemed like it came from a first grader and the design was low quality. I went with Pro Business Plans because of what I thought was their work (see attached images from their site) and it looked great. The work I recieved does not seem like it came from the same company that deliverd the monster energy business plan or that was on CBS MarketWatch. I did a reverse search tonight and noticed that their address comes back to a virtual office and there are no advisors besides on their Linkedin that work there.
On the surface they seem like a legitimate business But don't be fooled. Pro Business Plans is a well orchestrated scheme to defraud. Chase was great on our initial call but I was never able to make contact again. Because of this, I did some digging on this site and others and thought to myself how do they have zero positive reviews in the last 13 months but all positive before that? So I kept digging and what I found was unsettling and contradictory. Chase Hughes is a sly talking New York stockbroker that moonlights at a financial firm named Silver Leaf Partners. I looked up Silver Leaf and noticed that Chase was one of over 10 Managing directors which seemed fishy so I dug deeper. It seems like the deeper I went the more lies I discovered. I thought to myself, "I wish I hadn't seen the logos on their site from all the publications and news stations they were "seen in" on their site because that's what got me to book the initial call with Chase. After everything I discovered I feel this is not the doing of just one person one but the scheme of entire team of money hungry con artists.

I feel Chase may have spelled Dereks name this way to throw an unsuspecting individual such as myself off. The initial search returned few results. Search still in progress and will update.

I presume this person is one of the masterminds playing his part behind the fake reviews and scheme. He goes by other names as well. include Nick R, Daniel F, Rebecca, Dan etc. My search is still in progress and will update this review if I find anything else on Daniel H.
These people are scammers. We were overcharged for a final product that was less than stellar. The entire process was rushed and my advisor was inattentive. Waste of money… A lot of money that I didn't have.
