I purchased DigestaCure online at DigestaQure.com. I have IBS and the person at DigestaQure.com assured me it would be GONE after I took the product. The problem was after taking the product for a couple of days it made me sick to my stomach. I quickly decided it wasn't for me.
My wife called the company at DigestaQure.com and was told by a person by the name of Sandra that I could not get a refund until ALL the product was taken. My wife was lectured by this person named Sandra as to how Sandra is supposedly on the product and if I take ALL the product for the FULL duration ALL would be well. My wife was having none of it and Sandra HUNG THE PHONE UP on her!!!
At the top of their website www.Digestaqure.com they have under Healing Assurance Guarantee their so-called guanatee. They outline how they recommend you ask for a refund depending on what illness you have. They want you to take their product anywhere from 90 to 120 days and THEN and ONLY THEN should you ask for a refund! I'm sure they figure the elderly will soon forget about it and NO REFUND will be then given back. Wear them out approach. Nice company! Read it, I GUARANTEE you'll read the most insidious refund guarantee you've ever read!!!
Never mind the product made me SICK to my stomach, their website promises a FULL 100% refund! After making threats of legal action a person by the name of Terry emailed me and told me I have to CALL the company back to get a refund and give them back my creditcard as they don't keep creditcard numbers ON-HAND. What-A-Run-Around-Scam!I did so and was put on HOLD for a very long period of time. I hung up and emailed the company with my creditcard information. I'm still waiting for a reply. That didn't come as of today.
The company has VERY POOR customer service in my opinion and are liars. My wife and I know this first hand. BEWARE!!!
This Co.sells very expensive capsules that supposedly help every kind of digestive problem known to man. They say it takes an average of 45 days to alleviate a problem. One average size bottle last a little over 30 days if you take them how they recommend. You must take them for sixty days before you can get your money back. This is where they make all their money. You need to purchase a second bottle(159.00) and they only refund the original order or bottle. Who's going to buy two bottles at the outstart when they're 159 dollars a pop? The product didn't help my condition and I'm out 159 dollars. If this Co. truly stood behind their product, they would give you a full refund!

After I sent the order I looked up the product on line and was hit with this co. is a scam. I sent an email to cancel and on Monday AM I called and canceled the order. She was very nice and said it would be canceled and I received an email sent at 8:11 that said it had been canceled. Another one sent at 8:45 said order had been shipped. No co. ships that fast!
My problem is that I used a debit card that was suppose to be a credit card when you don't use the pin #. It does not work like a credit card as the bank cannot stop it like they would a check. No recourse you would get with a reg. credit card.
If you have had problems with this co. I would suggest you call Fl attorney General and follow their recommendations and also contact the Consumer Commission Fair Trade and file a complaint since it is on line. Otherwise, avoid this company.
