We submitted our order for internet marketing services in April. Today is June 1, 2018. To date no services have been provided. We provided all the information that was requested in order to process the order and have made several follow-up requests on the status . . . to no avail. They use a gmail email account and a 444 area code phone number . . . which does not exist in the United States. This is clearly a fraudulent organization.
Thic company reacehdout to me on instagram with big promises of engaging with followers in potential followers to boost my profile growth. I was hesitant at first but when I went to their website they had all 5 star reviews. I signed up and never reeived any service from this company. I attempted to contact the company asking if they were going to be working on my profile, One time i got a response saying theyy were, but they never did anything for my profile. I was charged twice and when i tired to tlak to them about canceling they requested payment informatino.. but they obviously had it if the werec harging my account nad. i didnt want to email that to a company that was already scamming me.

I tried to update y reviews for 1 star but it nevershows u. I let multiple revies.. either the reviews are fake or theres a way only 5 star or 4 star reviews get published..avoid this compnay!

We offer 24/7 support, our account representatives will take care of any of your questions or needs you may have. We have a 750 follower guarantee! We have some clients gaining 100+ followers a day so 750 is definitely very easy to surpass + you already have great content. The service is $50/month! At the end of the month I had received approx 100 extra followers, far less than the 750 follower guarantee. During the month I sent 2 Instagram messages and 1 email asking how my service was going and did not receive a single reply. At the end of the month a received a new invoice and sent an email reply regarding their follower guarantee and still no reply. Thankfully my credit card expired after the first month so these jerks couldn’t keep charging me. Stay clear of this company. Not worth a penny of your money.
I signed up for Prismative Media back in November to grow my Instagram following. After 2 weeks, they still hadn’t delivered the service promised so I cancelled it. They emailed me a cancellation confirmation. After this, every single month they have been charging me $50. They charge from the name Crea Society - I put a block on this company with my card. NOW they are charging me from the name Prismative Media. I put a block on this as well. They will continuously charge using different names hoping people won’t notice. This is a COMPLETE SCAM and they should go to jail for literally attempting to STEAL people’s money. I have tried to contact them several times - no response. Even the phone number they provide for their company is a fake.

It was very difficult to initiatlly get the company to respond promptly to emails, but they apologize and I decided to allow them a chance to perform the service. I saw some activity for a couple of days on one of my accounts and absolutely no activity on the other. I do not believe they ever even began performing services at all.
After a few weeks, I decided to cancel the service and changed my passwords. I sent the cancellation email simply asking that I not be charged any future charges and was not asking for a refund. I received no response at all. Then, over a month later, Prismative Media charged my card again. I had already emailed twice that I was cancelling and received no response whatsoever.
I sincerely regret every providing this company my debit card information and will now have to cancel my card in order to prevent future charges.
Prismative Media offers both business and personal Instagram growth. They claim to interact with real Instagram users by liking and commenting on photos from similar profiles at peak US hours, 7 days a week. None of this ended up being true. All the company did was follow and unfollow a bunch of users sporadically. They also offer a 100% refund if a 750 followers/month minimum is not met - that is also not true. The person or people in charge simply stop responding to emails if they don't like that they hear, or if any questions are being asked about their service methods.
DO NOT USE or engage if they contact you via Instagram or other means.
