Priority textbook is a ripoff. I bought my anatomy book from this vendor and it has been nothing but a painful inconvenience. The website is decieving and you get the international version of the book rather than the regular version. Luckily, in my situation the international version was the same as the one I needed but I had to spend more money to buy the correct book directly from Pearson to even know that. The real issue here is that there is no customer service phone number which is truly sketchy. You also have to REQUEST return information and they don't answer back AT ALL. I wanted to return my book for all of the issues and requested the return 2 days after I recieved it. It's been about 2 weeks since the initial request and I've sent 3 more requests and even emailed their customer support team twice. Last week, I emailed their support team threatening to take them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and still didn't get a response. They don't care though, these books are sent from Malaysia. I'm so frustrated with this and I've even put in a dispute for the charge with my credit card. All I was trying to do was get a cheaper textbook for my Anatomy class but this has been the biggest frustration with a company that I've ever had.
