I was charged over $300 dor items that were NEVER provided to me, the owner, Dan Crowley kept on assuring me I would get a refund, but now they are out of business. I heard he works at another screen printing shop in Colonie. This guys is a first class scumbag and liar, stay away, hes a deceptive and manipulative person.
We contracted with Printz and Patternz to build 3 web sites for us over a year ago. We paid them over $5,500. As of today not one web site is operating. Further, they have control over our domain names and refuse to give them back. This has been a business nightmare for our company. We have been forced to file a lawsuit in Schanactedy Supreme Court to get our money back and damages in ecess of $200,000 and growing.
I know these people at Printz & Patternz and know that they are quality people and do great work. In response to Michael C.'s (very spiteful) review above, it doesn't take a whole lot to :
1. Click on Michael C.'s name, which takes you to his own personal page
2. Notice that this is the only review he has ever written
3. Click on his "Business Photos"
4. Click on the very first picture (518-Handyman) that shows a logo for his business
5. Click where it says "View 518-Handyman"
6. Notice the website URL listed for this business of Michael C.'s (518handyman.com/index.php)
7. Click on that link and go straight to that website
It appears that this site was indeed created by Printz & Patternz, appears to be fully complete, functional, and operational, and, according to the Internet Archive, has been a live site at this URL since June 17, 2015.
Hmmmm. So, Mr. C., it appears that you are trying to ruin a business's reputation by posting disturbing half-truths about a product which you yourself are promoting within Yelp itself.
And as for mentioning the tax lien, fair enough, it appears it does exist. But perhaps people in glass houses should not throw stones:
blogs.law.harvard.edu/et…
Perhaps you learned to be this petty while spending some time in jail? Just sayin'.
If you're into extracting BS from truth, Printz and Patternz is where you want to fill your promotional needs. The owner, Dan Crowley is the biggest BS artist I've ever delt with. Bait and switch. Lies. His web site looks great. The companies on their site makes you feel your in good hands...... You're not. Buyer beware!
