SCAM

I ordered a blanket on nov 22/18 to be sent to my folks for Christmas. It's now Jan 8/19 and still no blanket. I have emailed them over 15 times and NO answer. I'm going to file a complaint (you should too) to the Federal Trade Commission. This company should be shut down

Rude in emails,refuse to give location or any phone number or name of any person. I emailed several times and they send generated email and send dame one multiple times. The were quick to take money but no product in 4 months and they don't seem to care or have any motivation to make right

I TRIED POSTING THIS REVIEW ON BUT THE CEO OF PRINT YOUR PET COMPLAINS ABOUT EVERY BAD REVIEW AND HAS THEM REMOVED. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ORDERED SOME SOCKS BACK ON THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER 2017 FOR A XMAS GIFT BUT NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AFTER CONTINUOUS EMAILS WITH NO RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY I FINALLY CANCELLED MY ORDER AFTER WAITING 2 MONTHS. NOT SURPRISINGLY WHEN I FINALLY HEARD BACK FROM THE COMPANY THEY HAD NOT EVEN PROCESSED MY ORDER YET AND WERE RUDE ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION. I CANCELLED MY ORDER TOWARDS THE END OF JANUARY AND NOW I RECEIVED A EMAIL FROM THIS COMPANY IN LATE APRIL THREATENING ME TO REFUSE A SHIPMENT OR I WILL BE ARRESTED FOR FRAUD.

FIRST OF ALL I HAVE RECEIVED NO PACKAGE FROM THIS COMPANY AND IF I DO ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY TO SEND BACK A ORDER THAT THESE PEOPLE SHOULD OF CANCELED 3 MONTHS AGO. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE THE EMAILS TO PROVE IT. I THINK THEIR REVIEWS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES. AWFUL COMPANY! THE SADDEST PART ABOUT ALL THIS IS THE FACT THAT THEY ARE JUST NOW SENDING OUT A ORDER THAT I MADE ON THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER!!! HOW IS THIS COMPANY STILL OPEN!! SOMEBODY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CONTINUING TO HARASS ME OVER EMAIL. THEY ARE NOW SENDING ME EMAILS THREATENING TO CONTACT MY EMPLOYER. WHICH IM ASSUMING THEY FOUND ON FACEBOOK AFTER I COMMENTED ON THEIR PAGE EXPOSING THEM. I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS THESE PEOPLE SENT ME AND WILL BE SURE TO SEND THEM TO MY EMPLOYER TO LET THEM KNOW THE SITUATION. THEY ARE CALLING ME A THIEF AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD LET MY NEIGHBORS AND FAMILY KNOW NOT TO MENTION MY WORK. THIS WHOLE SITUATION IS THEIR FAULT AND NOW THEY ARE INSULTING MY CHARACTER. I WILL SUE THESE PEOPLE OVER DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER!!!!

THE CEO OF COMPANY IS THE WORST ONE! HE WAS EMAILING ME AND MY GIRLFRIEND AT THE SAME TIME ARGUING WITH US BUT WHEN WE ASKED FOR A NUMBER TO CALL HE SAID HE WAS BUSY. YOU HAVE THE TIME TO TROLL US AND ARGUE WITH US BUT CANT TALK ON THE PHONE LIKE A ADULT? HE CROSSED THE LINE WHEN HE EMAILED MY EMPLOYER OVER THIS SITUATION TRYING TO GET MY FIRED. HOW DARE YOU. THIS HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE. HOW IS THIS GUY A CEO??? WHAT A JOKE.

Print your Pet is a SCAM. Buyer beware! I placed my order on 12/10/2018, the company took the money from my account and after 12 weeks has yet to ship the product. Customer Service IS AWFUL, no phone number to contact and they will not respond to emails with any answers. When you leave the bad review that is deserved this company will harass and make threats that they will not help you until you remove the bad review. This is not the only review with the same complaint, do not do business here!

I placed my order on November 21st 2017. The confirmation email stated that I would receive my order within 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I saw on the website that, due to volume, the order will take up to 6 weeks. After this 6 week time period, and repeated attempts to contact the company with either no reply or an automated message, I finally received a very hostile Facebook message from the company (@printyourpet) threatening legal action against me. I eventually came to the conclusion that my order will never be fulfilled and began the process of reporting Print Your Pet to multiple agencies.

I ordered a pair of shoes with a custom image from printyourpet.com. I loved the design but one of the images on one of the shoes was way off center and looked horrible. I asked that the company fix it using their support email. I got no response for nearly a month despite repeated follow ups so I messaged them on Facebook. They responded quickly but said "I am checking into this to see what we can do" and "We'll figure out a way to make this right and we'll see what we can do." That was 2 weeks ago. I sent several follow ups to that with no response.

Annoyed, I decided to give them a negative review. I then got an immediate response. They said, "We already responded to you - we even said we would help you on social media and now you want to leave a negative review - I guess we'll just stop the re-shipment. Sad." As I said, they NEVER responded to my emails and they NEVER confirmed they were fixing the issue in their Facebook messages. They then acted like they were doing me a favor by sending my order for re-shipment (which they can show no proof of and never let me know about and likely untrue.) You would think you would receive a follow up email like any other company that does this.

Anyways, "Emma" said, " We printed and made a mistake our templates matched up - we don't offer refunds, or returns if you read our FAQ or confirmation emails that have been policy for over a year, including all of our competitors that do customized items NONE offer refunds or fixes." This is 100% wrong as well. The FAQs do not say this. In fact their FAQ says, "We stand by our product and if something goes wrong with your order, we will do everything we can to rectify it." The confirmation email specifically says, "Because of the nature of our products (customized), we do not offer refunds. All sales are final, but we will correct anything that is not done properly." My order was not done properly and should have been fixed. They DO NOT stand by their products.

You should note that you cannot interact with any of their social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) for printyourpet.com and they will not post any negative reviews to their site. In fact, you cannot even highlight or copy text from their site. They don't say where they are, do not post a phone number and use a service to mask information about their website. They must also pay to be at the very top of all the google searches because I find it hard to believe the lack of posts about them anywhere on the internet including the supposed positive ones they get from being mentioned by "celebrities" as they claim. I would guess they are claiming celebrity endorsements of Best Friends as theirs as they are a business fundraising partner of Best Friends. I am sad they are affiliated with Best Friends, which is a great and reputable organization, through its donations partners.

Too bad they have such horrible customer service and do not stand by their products. I did like they images they created; however, what is the point if they can't print it correctly.
