Sent check over 2,000$ in Jan 8,2019. Ordered 10 panels, they said were not being sold anymore, to match existing panels we have. After being assured they received payment, and getting run around over a month, told them to cancel our order and send refund. Told us it would take 30 days to process.
After 30 days and no response to calls or emails, we contacted att. Gen office, consumer division. Only after they got involved did this company begin sending... payments! As to date, 3-3-2020, we’re still waiting for full refund! Please help!!! Have been told company shut down, but their website is still up and running! I’m sure their still scamming people.
