Prince Telecom is a National contractor for Comcast/ Xfinity Cable . This company is one of the biggest crooks of them all. They have a history of being sued for Work Place Discrimination and Unpaid Over time law suits . I my self was a victim / employee of Prince . From the time I was hired , I had nothing but problems with this Company . My hourly rate would change every week , no matter how many hours I worked my pay checks would never add up. I would always question my Pay checks each week. Prince telecom INC has been in trouble several times and settled several Lawsuits for not paying over time . They didn't learn there lesson . On paper they make it look like you are paid hourly with overtime , which is not true . You are actually paid by Piece Rate. They take your total production and break it down to a hourly rate to avoid being sued again .
They force every employee to sign there paychecks 2 week in advance , so that they can legally change your hourly wage to fit in with the overtime . If you refuse to sign your pay check , you will be written up and fired for insubordination . Most of the new employees are not aware of how they are being cheated out of there money. Prince Telecom also advertises that they pay for your gas , this is not true either . They make you pay for the gas and claim that that they will pay you back . They don't, it never adds up. You may spend $ 100.00 bucks in gas for the week and if you lucky you may get back $ 25.00 bucks .
I was also Discriminated against for filing a Workers Comp Case . I was in a Customers house working and I injured my self . I was put on light duty with work restrictions. I couldn't push / pull anything over 25 lbs . From the day I started light duty my supervisor Jeff Robinson and project manager Joseph Sanchez made my life a living hell. They were looking for reasons to try and fire me , or make me quit. They would break the Doctors orders and try to make me lift more than 25 lbs . They also made me do stuff that would make my injury worst . The way they were treating me was horrible and mean. I was released back to full duty . I was unaware that I could go back to the doctor as I was having more pain . I complained for about 2 months about my Pain getting worst .
They finally sent me back to the Doctor and I ended up getting a Mri . The Mri showed a pretty serious injury and I was put on a 10lb Work restriction . The day after I got the 10lb restriction Prince Telecom Fired me . I lost my health insurance and Now I had to fight for workers comp to cover my work injury and pay all the medical bills. I did win the Unemployment benefits which is better than nothing and Im still fighting for the workers comp. Prince Telecom needs to be stoped , and investigated by the Irs and the labor board . My only intention is too expose this company for all the wrong doing they have did . Hopefully any future employees will see this and be smart enough to run away .
