I was pregnant and about to have my child and going through hard financial time heard them on the radio and Called. The gentleman was very nice and knowledgable and encouraging. (Knowing what's needed to file bankruptcy) They did everything right and asked for the info that would be needed to complete a bankruptcy. They told me it would cost 1500.00 I actually talked them down to charging only 1200.00 I should've known better . (Who does that) I stayed in contact with them for about six months (after they obtained all the money . I had to do my taxes so I could send the, the last 2 years worth . Once I completed it I tried the contact them and got a recording stating to the mail [email protected]. Needless to say no one ever responded. How do I go about suing this company?

I hired Prince Law Firm in 2015 to help me file for bankruptcy. I was sent a list of documents to provide and the fee was explained. I paid the fee to have my bankruptcy filed. After having paid my fee, I was contacted and told that my case had been sent to a local attorney. I was never contacted by this attorney and I had decided not to file bankruptcy at that time (this was about 6 months after hiring them and only a month or so after completing my payment). I tried to contact Prince Law and was unable to reach anyone. I then went on the internet to try and contact someone that way and discovered they had closed. I then contacted the local attorney and found out that he didn't have any knowledge of my case and had not even been paid for several previous cases acquired through Prince Law. He offered to still do my bankruptcy for a minimal fee, but I explained that I had chosen a different route. The local attorney explained he could not issue the refund and was not sure of how to contact Prince Law. I asked him if he was aware of any possible legal action being taken against them and he said he was not, but if I found out he would like to know and be involved. All I want is the money back for the service I was promised and was never performed.
I contacted Prince Law to file for bankruptcy. They withdrew there fees of $1806 from my personal checking account. I received paperwork to file along with other information that I had to complete some online courses. I got hung up on trying to get my credit scores from all 3 bureaus. So I sat on it for awhile just to call them to get new paper work to start the process over and I get a message that they are closed and get a Gmail address to email which I did and have not received anything in response to getting my money back or any solution.
I had automatic withdrawals from my checking account in the amount of $150.00 on 08/31/2015, 09/29/2015, 10/13/2015, 12/08/2015, 12/22/2015 and 01/05/2016. The total amount paid towards my bankruptcy proceedings, withdrawn from my checking account with Republic Bank of Louisville, KY was $900.00. My bankruptcy wasn't filed or all documents submitted. I have attempted to reach them to get my money bank with no success to file locally Plantation

I hired this Law firm to file a chapter 7, they promised my financial stress will go down, my saving will start to increase, my credit score will go up, and my bills and debts will stay under control. All of these lies were told to me, by their reprentives who, told me over the phone to fax all my paperwork to Rochetta, which I did, then I had to do a Credit Counseling class before filing, which I did and waited, and kept calling, by this time, they started telling me, that my paperwork was missing some important pages, so I faxed all the papers again, then I asked when will the local Lawyer contact me for an appointment, Rochetta explain to me, that they have not recieved my credit counseling information, that was faxed, this went on for months, then their phone message changed, to press 1 if you are first time calling, press 2 if you need documents, 3 etc etc etc, when I called for a refund, this was again, a ride of around the bend, I contacted the BBB of and filed a complaint, have not heard from them either, this is $2,300.00 I can't afford to lose. This is why people have a hard time trusting Lawyers.
