I had been working in the yard when a salesman approached me selling meat. He sold me $490.00 of different meats. Approx. 2 hrs after he left I called John to get a refund, we got into a fight and he hung up on me. I spoke to Edward Farries and he said that if I wrote the check to the company he would be able to refund my money.
I called the bank to put a stop payment on the ck and found out it was already been cashed. I proceeded to do more digging, contacted the meat company and spoke with the head of customer service. I was told that he needed to give me a copy of a cancellation form and a copy of a contract or receipt which I have neither.
The meat company contacted Edward Farries and was not able to have him resolve my problem. The meat company{which is not Prime Steaks & Seafood} gave me different places to report my situation. As a consumer I have been violated and taken advantage of. This whole siwhy tuation should of been taken care of the same day I purchased, they knew what they were doing. If procedure was to write the ck to the company then why didn't Ed step up to the plate and help resolve the situation. John is representing the company, you would think he would want to make the customer happy. They didn't even try to come to some kind of compromise.
