I signed up for Prime Seller Leads in March 2018 the price was $199 (up from $50 when I was a customer back in 2014/2015). I noticed two charges for $199 in April. I spoke with Heather in customer service who was unapologetic and very dismissive which made me think this is something she heard many times before.
It took 2 weeks and multiple phone calls by me to them to get the double charge refunded.
Not even 4 days of them refunding me the double charge they go into my account AGAIN. After I had cancelled services, and went through a lot of back and forth to get the first double charge. Mind you this is all happening in the month of APRIL 2018. 3 CHARGES OF $199.00 JUST IN THE MONTH OF APRIL.
I have Heather on a recorded call of each one of our interractions and now I'm sure I have to file a dispute with my bank and get my debit card closed seeing they are relentlessly double and triple charging for their software services.
When asked to speak with a manager she replies "I am, I run the entire accounts department." When I asked her why do they keep charging me and can she make sure that it doens't happen again she replies "I am not over billing, I don't know why the system keeps charging you."
1. How about contact your billing department if you see there are double charges coming out of clients accounts?
2. How about refund double charges IMMEDIATELY instead of the customer having to call repeatedly and then ultimately go through the inconvenience of closing out their debit card and filing a dispute.
This company is unacceptable with it's billing practices.
If this is happening to a lot of customers there needs to be a class action suit filed for fradulent billing.
Don't waste your money on this company. They will scam you for everything possible. I signed up for an appointment setting service and they could not set one appointment in one month's time. They do not respond to customer service when you have a complaint and they will not issue a refund unlike they claim when you sign up. Bad business model and the owner doesn't respond kindly when you provide negative feedback.
I signed up for prime seller leads thinking that i would get leads that i could use to list homes. Turns out that every lead was not real nor was interested in selling. Wasted a ton of money on this and it was a let down. I use a cheaper alternative instead and get the same thing!!!
