I took advantage of the "free trial" offer in that I would get a 30 day supply for free and I only had to pay shipping & handling. That also entailed enrollment into a monthly membership where a 30-day supply would automatically generate and be shipped for $81.53 plus $5.95 Shipping & Handling.
The terms and conditions of this entrollment also states the following: If you contact customer service to terminate your trial enrollment within the 14 day trial (10 days trial + 4 days shipping) of the date that you entroll in the Program, you will not receive any additional product and you will not be charged anything elese.
Based on these terms and conditions, I called customer service 6 days after my order and enrollment to cancel. I spoke with Adlay who first proceeded to tell me that I didn't even give the product a chance to work and, if I wanted to cancel, I had to return the product and pay a $9.95 re-stocking fee!
So, this means that they actually take back the product that was offered for "free" which I paid the Shipping & Handling for to receive and they "re-stock" it according to the "re-stocking" fee they charge when you want to cancel and are required to return it.
This whole operation is a fraudulent scam. Full of false advertisement and schemes to charge you more money.
Luckily my bank is very understanding of these fraudulent schemes and believe me when I tell you, I will cancel this subscription and I will not pay another cent, but wanted to give you consumers a heads-up warning based on my experience!
I did a survey for.Discover card and received a reward. I chose the Garcinia. I also added Forskolin with extra S&H. I put in my credit card to pay for S&H.I saw nothing about a 14 day cancellation policy. I received the product. A while later I went to Discover card and there was the survey. I did it again. I didn't notice that only one per person. I put in my info and it didn't go through. That was ok. left the sight. F,raud alert from my bank. I had been billed on both cards, double billing, $80, $85, and .$89. Nice FREE reward.
