Bill Puzzouli & Steven Weiss reported to me that they were partners representing Heidelberg, selling there trade in premium Polar Papers cutters. They listed the machine on Ebay and I contacted them and negotiated the purchase of a 2002 Polar 78ED for $18,500, then an additional $5,500 for Heidelberg to get it running. They refused credit card payments and asked for money to be wired which I did. We received delivery crated and broken down for no obvious reason to us. We called the area Heidelberg Representatives and arranged to have the machine properly installed. When inspected by Heidelberg it was determined that there was a cracked frame and the machine was throwing an error code. Heidelberg washed there hands of the machine and declared it junk and out of service. Three months later after much discussion the Bill & Steve, decided to cover the expense of sending out the gear box to Colter Peterson to supposedly be rebuilt. They would not return my money so I had no choice. They were I think in Michigan and our business is in Massachusetts. Once the gear box was sent back to us and Heiidelberg would not install it because they had already declared it junk and out of service. So Colter Peterson for the good of Steve & Bill contacted an area technician and he installed the gear box. and it worked for a short while until the gear box started leaking oil and then started shutting down and throwing the error codes again. I have tried to contact the individuals with no response.
