I contacted them out of Gold's gym thinking they would be reputable but it turns out they were a contracted out company in golds gym and I was under the false pretense that I would be getting services that would be on a national level quality unfortunately that was not the case they took over $300 and deposit money we’re very difficult to coordinate times one training would begin and the couple of sessions I did have were almost nothing as far as services rendered. unfortunately I am out a substantial amount of money so I canceled early on not even one month into the program seeing what it was for what it was. They also said that I owe more money because I have to pay a cancellation fee on top of another month which was $160 so in total was almost 500 more dollars in order to cancel a $1900 contract for services I will never get the benefit of which is absolutely ridiculous I canceled my credit card so they would be forced to charge me a different way so I could maybe arbitrate this fee down that did not happen they dipped into my checking account and took even more money out and this was about a month later and now I’m being harassed for additional monies this is a scam on a biblical scale and should not be entered into at all they should be reported for the scam because their service is on organized on knowledgeable and not in the interest of their clients .
this started out as a journey to get better health and it is becoming a nightmare and I warn everyone who is looking to do business with this company that not only should they report them to the Better Business Bureau but also prosecute Matt Yellen for heading this whole program up and scamming people out of hard earned cash I should be able to cancel shortly after signing up for something realizing that these are not services that were ever intended to be validated by the money that I worked hard for. Shame on golds gym for allowing this company to be represented in their facility and then not doing anything about helping their clients get out of these, bogus contracts golds gym listed this contact as and company as a viable source for training experience and unfortunately that is not the case golds gym should be held responsible for its part in perpetrating this money scam. Matt yelling out of prime fitness Norcross Georgia and Aiken South Carolina is a complete scam artist he will take your money and he will not regret it and unfortunately nothing and no one is holding this individual or the company responsible for this Egregious act they are perpetrating onto innocent people wanting to do better in their fitness goals it is unfortunate that they are selling something that they are not willing to deliver in an effective productive manner. Buyer beware this is a scam and they will take your money and you will not receive the services you think you are supposed to be getting and they overpromise and severely under deliver

I’m extremely disappointed that just golds gym had anything to do with this and extremely disappointed that they did not do more in an effort to protect their customers they should be held accountable just as much is prime fitness someone needs to hold this entire organization accountable for their aggressive sales tactics and their unwillingness to protect their customers in addition prime fitness Matt Jan specifically should be held accountable for not providing the services that they claim that they are to provide in the way of health and fitness training in the sessions that I was involved in there was no organization there was looking around like what should we do now and certainly no productivity within the timeframe that you’re given this should be addressed immediately
