The company is a total scam. They called and made me believe that they were part of Elite Team. They had a sense of urgency in charging the fee and establishing the contract.
I asked for credentials and references and was told that all the successful clients of Elite Team were using their services - and referred me to Elite Team's website.
They sounded totally legitimate, only to later find out that it was a total scam. When I approached Elite team I was told that they were an affilliate and that they didn't have any control over what Prime Corporate Services does.
They're totally misleading and deceptive in their business practice. It ended up costing me a whole lot in taxes on a buiness that wasn't even generating any income.
To this day I'm still having to pay for the cost of this scam. Don't trust them, they're excellent in selling you over the phone, but not very forthcoming on details, they lie by ommission.
It all started with "easyiestsystemever" after a lengthy phone call and a lot of pushing ego machismo pumping interview guy named jonathan said i would be a good candidate. I realize now that meant a big sucker) and handed me over to his supervisor who was the companies ceo and would be my mentor. After another long interview he convinced me that i would be able to make a lot of money online with a system through great coaching and only working 20 hrs a week. All of this at the mere cost of $14700.00 i signed up. They were sure to cover all of the legal aspects so they could not be liable no guarantees of success it would mostly depend on me and my committment. Thinking the money would cover all of the cost i felt i could do this.
He forwarded me on to prime corporate services who through there coaching was taught how to sell walmart items on ebay. I was then forwarded to there office who would set up my llc at a cost of $1660. And then tax sentry their affiliate to do my taxes and bookkeeping i thought for another $1660. Plus a monthly cost of $34.95. Thinking this was the last of the investment i kept plugging away. To date i have sold in 24 months $2200. On ebay.
This was not the end of it my coach then had one of the other coaches contact me who applied for a new credit card for me to cover the cost of setting up and establishing my new website and access to elsmentoring and my supplier find for another $8000. And another $34.95 per month for access to their webinars.
For 18 weeks my coach spent 15 minutes asking about my progress. I spent 8-10 hrs a day listing items on ebay researching new products that might sell, trying to find my niche market. After the 18 weeks my cvoach who said would be there for me forever cut me loose after making sure i signed the completed contract form. Any time after this he just referred me to another webinar. All said and done over 30k in debt i am told i need to do blogs to promote my new website to improve my seo.
I find out later from a company that wants to help me make my site a success for another $7300 that this company is doing this over and over setting up what google calls a cookie cutter sites that could never succeed. I feel foolish that i let them do this to me but the fact remains the only ones making money is prime corporate services and the coaches, personel that work for them scamming others.
They always needed more money in a hurry. I should have paid attention to my feelings instead of what they were telling me. I really messed up and lost thousands. One of their people assigned to help really threw a curve... When I asked for suggestions on how to help my sells volume, she told me to check on the internet and see what others were doing. That is when I was sure that I had been HAD. Save your money, don't go there. After 6 months, there are many hours and dollars invested and nothing to show for it. I ended up with one ( 1) sell. They did not want to help me and only wanted my money.
In every step of the process to establish my online business, I have been asked by every person I talked with that they needed another $2-3000 to go ahead with the next process. Today I said NO and the person from the company changed from nice to a jerk. Don't go there! I got suckered!

The biggest rip off ever.
Nothing but a 20,000 dollar mistake. I will sue if necessary.
