I ordered the book Smart Blood Sugar and was charged for that but now I have three charges for something on my bank account and I don't know for what!
I joined Primal health to (supposedly) help with my diabetes Wrong not only did it not work but they guaranteed a full refund (Its been so long I dont even remember when I started and not only that they sre still charging me 9.99 a month. I constantly has them to remove it from my bank accout to no avail. They do not answer or respond.

I recieved this bag of pill on March 3, 2018.
I took them as purscribed for two days and had diarrhea for two days.

Order smart blood sugar for diabetics and I called and caneled my subscription...the rude and hateful girl on the other end kept hanging up on me when I said I wanted to cancel...called my bank and they supposly blocked them but just checking my account I get charged again I call primal health and the same girl started yelling at me saying they didnt charge but they did...a total scam just to steal your money...
First of all I cannot go back to correct my mistakes.
I requested to purchase a text from this company. I told them that is all I wanted to buy. Instead they sent me a booklet of various products "health related" along with enrolling me into their monthly mailings. Contacted then saying that I only wanted to purchase the text and was NOIT interested in the other booklets. I called them and requested a refund. I was told that I would be charged for shipping costs. Their rep hung up on me ending the call.
I found a charge of $147.67 on my bank account and called my bank right away as this was an unknown company to me. I ordered nothing on the site.
The next day there was two more!!!! $140 and $120. I called the bank again. I changed my debit card. I am scared.
Ordered a book on managing Blood Pressure and was promised free materials with my order. The order amount was $56. I received the book but no additional material as stipulated on the order.
The material in the book is very elementary and not worth the money. Stay away from Primal Health - Complete SCAM and typical of the medical profession today.

When I called they reported that I should have read the fine print I purchased a monthly meal plan by email. This was not evident in the online video. They also would not consider a refund.
I was charged $36.99 in Oct. 2017 for a product I never oredered or received. When I searched for the company online, I found a very sketchy website---no email or fax#, so I called the toll-free number to ask about this charge. I was told that it was a charge for a book that I ordered. I explained that I did NOT receive a book, which the guy contradicted. The guy said I must have forgotten that I ordered the book, and that I would have had to watch a 15-minute video in order to submit my credit card information. Which I would never do---I hate those hard-sell, overly long & repetitious videos---I never watch them. He could not locate a postal tracking # for the delivery date (of course not), and would not address my complaint, as the charge had been made greater than 60 days ago. I ordered a heath series of books and stuff from them And a couple hours later I e mailed them to cancell the order as they requested if you werent happy! I got the package anyway in the mail! I have not opened it and I am sending it straight to the company. In my E mail I requested a Refund as they said was no problem! I read an artical where a woman said it also happened to her! I used a Visa Debit Card!
