Wanted to cancel service. Called their listed number. They have changed their phone number, their listed number is for a Diploma Mill/Phone Search scam. Very sketchy! Had to call Bank to put a stop to payments.
When I finally was able to reach them, I could not get my money back. BE AWARE. DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!
Book is a RIP OFF. So basic and short for the astronomical price charged. I was 2 days over the 60 day limit since I was out of town for the holidays. I got no answer when I called and when I finally reached them it was too late. BEWARE: DON'T THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!
I placed an order for blood sugar control for diabetics. After it was done found out this comany has a bad reputation, then immediately tried to contact them by phone to cancel, but when I dialed their number was disconnected. Also tried to send an email, but neither this worked,, because the email never went trough. The reviews and reports about these people are really bad. I order a promotion bottle of CogniForce and was also to receive a free book on the brain. I paid $36.99 for this.
On April 25, 2017, a charge of $51.00 was made to my card. I tried calling a number I found on line, and it was incorrect. I called my card company to complain about this charge, and they gave me a number. Apparently I am not the only one calling to complain. I tried calling today, but they had no service on Saturday so I will call again. After seeing other people's reviews of taking their money, I am very upset that some authority has not call this company on this. I have now blocked them on my card. I can't find an email address to even write. Using regular mail will take too much time. So I will call on Monday. They can have their so call "free" book back if that is what they charged this ridiculous amount for. How do they expect to get business doing this kind of service?
I ordered an initial supply of products and manuals from Primal Labs, but the continue to charge my credit card and I have notified them to remove me from their account ledger and email address list. I want them to discontinue sending me any items or billing me for anything from their company. I think it is a scam.
I have had to notify my bank not to process any other charges from this particular company. They should be barred from doing business.
The company literature claims it will refund any purchase for any reason by contacting them at primalhealthlp.com/support. The website doesn't work.
