The wig I ordered is not the same wig as on the picture. Pls tell me how to get a refund. The site has no info on refunds it just routes you to another site that only takes complaints.
The wig I received is nothing like the picture on the website. It's synthetic, not the same length as the picture and doesn't fit right. I am requesting a full refund. The return information in the package appears to not be a legit business...
