I ordered 4 cups and a lid from this company and never received my items. The store is now gone from the internet and they will not respond to my emails.
I ordered a pink glitter tumbler in May and never received it. I tried emailing and email was undeliverable. Website cannot be found. I have been trying to get a refund. Noone is responding.
I ordered two large insulated mugs from Pretty Sweet online. I was emailed shipping notification and never received them. After a while I followed up with an email asking what was going on. I received a response from Kristen that relayed how busy they were and it would take 3-5 weeks, that was in May. I have since sent two more emails and have not heard anything.
