This company came into our shop and sold us a bunch of lies, stating we would save money compared to our current at the time merchant. Not only did the monthly fee's tripled they also are charging us a list of hidden fees that they are aware of but still do it. The company has the WORST customer service I ever encountered where they will transfer you to different departments, hang up on you or not anwser your calls or return your messages. We have lost thousands of dollars with this company in only a 4 months time. We are now stuck in their conttract and have taken legal action. I highly recommend to stay away from this dishonest company and the people that work for them, they are crooks. I am confident other small businesses will come forward and we can put this company six feet under.
I was contacted by a sales person saying they could save me money on my processing. I sent them my statements and I was told I would be paying much less and that by leasing a processing machine, my fees would be very low. This did not happen, I stated paying $95 for a lease and the fees were super high. I have fought with this company for almost 4 years.
The ontract with the processer and First Date were differant dates. I am still paying $65.oo for a mcahine I no longer use.
This was a huge mistake on my part, and I hope I can help someone else from making the same mistake.
Do not lease equipment, most legit companies provide it free. Do not listen to any sales people that call and promise you the moon, they get you to sign and you are stuck.
