Rhonda Aylward is holding my check. The company fired me earlier this week. I asked that my check be given to an employee who is still working their. Rhonda said no, she'd mail it. Under usual circumstances this might have been okay. However I have a family emergency that I told her about. As well as have seen several reviews from past employees, who NEVER received their checks once terminated. Illinois Labor Law 820 ILCS 115/5 says employer has to give my check on next scheduled check date. In this case 1-29-16. If self contracted like Prestige Management has me classified, I should have been paid on the day I was terminated. The Irs disagrees that I'm a 1099 employee. They'd like me to fax in form 3949-A for Employer Tax Fraud. It's cheaper Prestige Management to pay me my check for $780,than to pay back tax fraud from 2002. Prestige Management, AKA Interactive Strategies in WoodRiver, IL is an evil place that is run by a mother and son that are horrible people!! They for some reason think they are god and love the power of hiring people to sell their leads for $1250. and up when they turn around and purchase crap leads for a little over $10. All day customers are unhappy and want their money back because they were scammed, but the owners will never refund their money and then turn around and blame everything on their employess. They belittle their employees, short them week after week of their hours and fire people left and right. The reason they do this is so that they get by without paying people for a week or two of hours because they figure the employees couldn't afford to sue. They also fire people to avoid paying the bonus they were supposed to receive for selling their phony leads. The atmosphere is crazy and there is no way that karma will not come after Rhonda and Matt. They cuss at their employees and belittle them all day as if they are just incompetent and unintelligent, when really the reason sales are down is because the U.S is googling the company and seeing the bad reviews that are 100% the truth! I don't even know how these people sleep at night. DO NOT WORK HERE! THERE IS ALMOST ALWAYS AN AD BECAUSE THEY HIRE PEOPLE AND THEN FIRE THEM OR RUN PEOPLE OFF BY THEIR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR SO THAT THEY CAN BASICALLY HAVE CONSTANT EMPLOYEES THAT THEY DON'T END UP PAYING. AS LONG AS THEIR CLIENT PAID FOR THIS SCAM AND DIDNT CANCEL THAT SAME DAY, THEY WILL NEVER GET THEIR MONEY BACK!! I F SOMEONE EVER TRIES TO ARGUE THE MANY COMPLAINTS THIS COMPANY GETS, I CAN GUARANTEE IT'S ONE OF THE FAMILY MEMBERS OF THE OWNERS. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND DO NOT WORK FOR THEM EITHER! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!
