Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge is a worst car dealership I've ever visited. I love and own 20 cars and visited hundreds of car dealerships and Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge is by far the worst I've ever experienced. They are very pushy and insist on selling you a car and to run your credit. I decided not to buy a car from them because of the bad experience with the sales guy and sales manager just over the top pushy and when you didn't want to buy they were pissed so I left. A few days later I received a letter in the mail stating my credit did not qualify which was not true I have excellent credit. I checked my credit score it had fallen 20 points due to a negative credit inquiry from Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge.
That was very bad business and dishonest so I thought I'd return the favor by letting others know this could happen to you and never trust Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge to sell you a car or to run your credit. Besides I should have listened to the folks complaining about their car in the service department that should also tell you about their service department is terrible too.
So when you decide to buy a Jeep or Chrysler and drive by Prestige Chrysler Jeep Dodge keep driving.

They have had this Blue, 2005 Dodge caravan SXT with approximately 92000 miles advertised for $4692 and when I called to check availability in the previous evening I was told it's available and I went in first thing in the morning and I was told that vehicle is NOT AVAILABLE FOR SALE! when I asked why is it advertised for sale when you don't intend to sell it, , I was told it is a new Inventory and vehicle is not Prepped and point checks not performed to be offered for sale!
These are the exact people who give car dealers a bad name.
When I pointed out to him that he was lying and according to CAR FAX Report, they have purchased and had this Mini Van in their Possession Since July 2015 ( And it was October 28 when I was told they have just received it in their inventory), the manager turned green and changed his story and said, It's not for sale, we are using it at our shop for delivery! ( I told him this is Bait and switch and false advertisement when YOU DO NOT INTEND TO SELL IT, WHY LOUR BUYERS IN AND SAY IT'S AVAILABLE).
The lier manager was not pleased when I mentioned reporting them to DMV and said he has nothing to say and walked away. The Ad is still up and they continue with their scam and false advertisement to lour you in. there may be other ads like this by this and other dealers. DMV needs to do Audits on advertisements to stop or minimize the Bait and switch Practices as much as possible.
