Prestige Auto Sales Inc. Reviews

My husband and I put a down payment with Marc from prestige auto on Clarksville pike we gave him 1800 down for a 2008 charger. He told us the payment would go down when we pay the taxes off. We have been paying this man 600.00 a month for a car that would not pass Marta. He kept giving us drive out tags since October. We asked about getting the tags he said I will have your tags he never produced the tags. We called the state to see what we owe left on the taxes for the car and they told us it was paid off. He continued to charge us 600 a month in which and continued to tell us the taxes were not paid. We just paid this man 610.00 on the 3rd of March and he came and took the car on the 13th of March saying that we were 3 months behind.Marc has done nothing but scam his way thru and talk a well game to get his cars sold. I know we were late on a payment and we paid the note plus the late fees and he still said we were behind on our payments which I know was not true. I would never ever ever recommend anybody to buy a car from him. He also told us that he fixes his paperwork to make him look good in court just in case somebody takes him to court he told us this when we were first purchasing the car. He told us this out of confidence and told us to never tell nobody we told him so we said ok. We really thought he was legit but he's not he will take your money and repo your car very unlawful in my book.

First, they tried to overprice the car and they thought I was stupid because I'm a woman. I did my research and luckily I got the price DOWN before anything was official with the bank. At first everyone is nice until all paperwork is signed and completed, then they can give a s**t less about what happens to you. A few days later I got the car inspected by MY mechanic and I took a video of the loose ball joint my mechanic said was very dangerous to have driven 2 hours back home like that. Then a week later, my CAR DIED. The nearest place to me at that time was autozone and the cheapest battery I could purchase for my car was almost $200!! I had no choice but to buy it.

I tried to reach the sales person I dealt with but he went completely MIA after a few text messages of him saying "send me a receipt and I'll take care of it". Sent him multiple text messages and picture of my receipt, nothing. Then my check engine light went on, had a mechanic hook it up to their computer and boom, I need a new belt. I tried over and over to reach them but NO response so I decided to send a formal email to management. Suddenly I got a NASTY text from the sales person harassing me, upset because his boss saw the email. (Saw it but never responded to it) I had to block him before the situation escalated. A few weeks later and a Manager called me. Very nice. Asked me to send a picture of my receipt and that she would talk to the Owner and get it reimbursed. After all, they sold me a car without doing an inspection. With a bad belt, bad battery and loose ball joint and WE DO HAVE A WARRANTY THROUGH THE DEALERSHIP IN WHICH THESE TYPES OF THINGS SHOULD ABSOLUTELY BE COVERED.

Unfortunately, that slither of hope didn't last long. I sent receipts and multiple messages, gone unanswered. I bought this car with all of these problems in June 2017, it's now October 2017. No call backs, nothing has been reimbursed. I waited 4 months to write this review, hoping that they would take care of their customers. Should have taken the reimbursement from your rude sales person's commission check. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as writing a review on all websites and professional networks. Thank you for the most horrible experience I've ever had. To those reading this, do your research. Don't let their smiles fool you. Know what kind of car you're getting into, make sure you bring a mechanic YOU trust and just know that they don't care what happens after you leave with the car. You are a business transaction, nothing more, there's no such thing as customer service here.

First saw an 01 Jeep on ebay and contacted the dealer for condition. Noticed a PA plate on the vehicle. Alex explained it was a PA based company doing business in FL. Reported condition as perfect with no issues. Agreed on a price based on "perfect" and he arranged shipping $400 which I paid. On arrival the brakes locked completely on the first braking. AC didn't work. Took to mechanic. All 4 brakes were problem Two warped rotors and what appeared to be original pads down to metal of the other two. Master cylinders leaking. $650 AC needed charge and pressure switch and flush $250. He had a return policy which would be another $400 shipping so made sense to do repairs and ask for adjustment of purchase price. These two items would have been discovered had I driven it but online purchases rely on reviews of seller. I sent Alex the invoices and asked for some adjustment and no response. In addition one window will not operate and the check engine light is on with a catalytic convertor code. Buyer beware of Prestige Auto Sales FL and Alex.

I read several poor reports about this business. I also read several positive reports. Unfortunately, Serve justifies the poor reports. I chose to attempt to contact him prior to making any false judgement. His vehicle had been posted on ebay for several days and seemed to be in great shape. I owned one of these vehicles before and knew of the common problems. I I inquired about the possibilities of these problems with no response. I follow up explaining it is my second attempt and ask an additional question about the condition of the under carriage, just hoping for a response. The response I receive " a few spots of rust". Not only does that not address the fact that I called him out for not responding to my first message, but it's incredibly vague. He clearly shows not respect for a person about to spend thousands of their hard earned dollars. He's a dealer and his job is to sell cars. He's not too busy to respond, that's his job. I decided not to bid on the car. I refuse to give business to someone with no respect, even if it means spending more money. Some folks might luck out and get a decent car for a decent price, but I can assure you it's pure luck and not due to this man's efforts.

I bought the car on October 25, 2015, ebay item: 361409349740 The seller is car dealer "Prestige Auto Sales, inc.", ebay user ID: best***buy . Paid for the car in full . $3,507.00 Wells Fargo bank cashier's check #6677501127 $295.00 deposit via PayPal, Transaction ID:53W663411T493140R One week later , when I came to the seller for pickup the car, I find the car has many undisclosed defects. Really the car has been falsely described. The car has multiple, very noticeable dents on the roof surface (bended roof), that require serious repair. Air conditioner doesn't works. Some handles missed. Overall condition of the car is poor. The car doesn't looks on the stated mileage, less than 60K miles. Possibly the car has rollbacked odometer. I refused pickup the car, because the car really is bad and not cost the money that I paid for. At first the seller promised me to fix the defects or to refund my payments ASAP, then refused to do it without reason. I still wait for refund my payments about two months. Simply the seller took my money, then resold the car to another buyer ( ebay item: 371485693195 ) I tried to contact the seller lately, but the seller doesn't responses. I lost over $4,200.00. ( two payments: $3,507.00, $295.00 , plus about $500 travel expenses). I tried to contact with ebay customer service few times, making a report, but got just indifference and helplessness of eBay customer representatives. Any further attempts at contacting ebay about it were nothing but a waste of time . eBay doesn't do what must do, protect a buyers . As result I'm filing Court papers and paying for the lawyers. Hope that I get the money back. I placed appropriate feedback for the seller ( of course negative), which has been removed by eBay ( netNeutrals ???) for the unclear reason for me. NetNeutrals? I've never heard of this service. How does an outside entity get feedback removed? How it possible? Feedback is purely my experience with the seller. My right to decide what kind of feedback to leave. It's not right that the seller can pay this netneutrals to remove it based only on lies. The seller that I left negative feedback for wrote a story full of lies to net neutrals. My feedback was removed. Now I know how it works. NetNeutrals, -singular, not neutral. It's muddy association , ( department of eBay, I think ?) which sells good reputation to dishonest sellers , for a little money, just $130. End result,- netneutrals always side with the sellers, because they feed them. It's great idea for slimeball sellers how to keep ripping people off and get away with it. So long as they made more profit on the transaction than they pay to remove the neg, they have a profitable business model. I'm sure , the seller best***buy (Prestige Auto Sales, Inc. ) is permanent customer for the netNeutrals. I clearly realize I been ripped off on the eBay, by dishonest seller best***buy. I thought of it as it could happen and came to a conclusion that eBay not only doesn't help me in this case but also helped the dishonest seller to deceive me. When i placed bid on the car , i saw feedbaks of the seller, I didn't realize that the seller could buy reputation.( remove negatives using netNeutrals).
