Presidential Auto Sales, Service And Leasing Reviews
May 6, 2017
I purchased a 2104 Ferrari on May 4th, 2017 from Presidential Auto sales, and Leasing. After many phonecalls, the deal to purchase the Ferrari was agreed upon by both seller, and buyer. I was told a regular check would be okay to pay for the car, the sale price of $245,000.00. After arriving to pay for the Ferrari, and take it home, the saleman informed me that a regular check was no longer good enough, after they realized I was a car dealer, just like they are.
The saleman (through the owner) proceeded to insult me, and question my honesty, even though I was following their instructions to a "T". I was told that only a bank wire would do for payment, and if the wire didn't post on their account when I was there, I'd have to drive another 7 hours, and return the next day to pick up the Ferrari I bought, even though Presidential had in their possession my Ferrari and title, that I was trading, and a total of $245,000.
00 of my money.
I went to Suntrust bank, wired the funds, and furnished Presidential a receipt for the transaction, but that wasn't good enough for them. Presidential eventually let me leave with the car, but held the title to the Ferrari I bought as ransom. To this date, I have not received notice of the title being sent to me. I intend to take out an add in the Miami Herald detailing how deceptive, rude, and disrespectful these people are.
I will file a complaint with the Florida DMV if I don't receive the title soon. If you want to be treated like a second class citizen, be insulted, and held for ransom, I encourage you to deal with these people.
