I've been with this company for almost 3 years now. It will be officially 3 years in October if I actually stay. I've had several jobs where I was begged by my bosses (RMMs to fellow PRS members) where they went unpaid, and I had to fight just to get my money. I understand management having to jump through hoops just to get a service order created for a job, but this is a load of crap. On top of it all, driving so far away and being told 'We don't have enough people hired in the area' constantly gets old real fast. As far as me and my Zone Leader are aware, we are the only two reps in our zone currently and have been for over a month now. This was supposed to be a flexible, part time job. But instead I'm working over 30 hours a week and barely keeping up.
They also do not pay for any drive time inbetween stores, or cover if you get hurt on the job. If you feel unsafe in an area, then what happens is you get bullied until you go in to said store and do the work. I personally was almost kidnapped in one area while walking in to a store. I also recently spoke with the US department of labor and was told they have to pay you for drive time going from store to store. This company does not do that. And because we also are not given lunch breaks, then that's more overtime per day that should be paid.
I read somewhere about a class action lawsuit. I hope it goes through, PRS makes too much money to screw people over like this. Don't believe me? Go look it up yourself on how much this company makes.
