On Oct. 17, 2017 I ordered the Christmas Edition piping tips & the Tulip flower tips cake decoration kit/set for $24.75 with free shipping. Order #5072 and have never heard from them or received my order since. I've tried contacting them but, they can't be contacted. No such web-site!
On December the 1st, 2017, I bought about $30 worth of decorating tips from premium tips. I saw the ad on Facebook and it seem legit. I was sent an order tracking number and that it had all be confimed and it would take about 14 to 19 days to arrive. However, its been more than a month and i still haven't received it yet.
On October 15,2017 I placed an order with this "company " for some baking tips. On October 25,2017 I received an email saying my order was shipped and it could take up to 25 days for me to receive it.
Since then I have sent numerous emails inquiring about my purchase and as of today not received any return replies from this so called company.
I have requested either my product be delivered or that they refund my money. It is now January 9,2018, that is alot more than 25 days.
This company is abunch of scam artists that are to lazy to get real jobs to support themselves, instead they enjoy ripping people off. Karma will look after each and everyone of them involved.

I order a kit in October and they did take my payment, I'm still waiting for my order. I try to contact them by email and they dind't respond. All I want is my money back. It's not much but it's my money ($24.00 cad). I found out that I am not the only one who got screwed.
I ordered some items online from them on 6 November 2017. They have sent a tracking number but not who the courier is or how the order has been sent to me. They do not reply to any emails I am sending them. Feel like I have been ripped off and lost my money.

I never received any of these items. When I tried to contact them via Facebook Messenger, which is how they confirmed my order, as well my email, all I get is a standard response.
Now their message won't even come up in my messenger box anymore. I really wanted the products, however, after dealing with them since October, I would rather have my money returned to my credit card.
They do not have a contact number and I was just able to find the gmail address for them.
Havving email problems and cannot attach invoice now.
On two separte occations I ordered tips for decorating cakes the first costing 24.99 and the second costing 17.99 I waited and waited and never received my items then people started posting that they never received their items finally someone posted that this wasn't the first time they had done this they were able to shut them down but they were at it again and to contact my bank and the internet FBI which i did but facebook is allowing the site to remain up so something else needs to be done
Hi, the store that I have reported, has sold hundreds and hundreds of people worldwide cake decorating items, taken the money amd never sent anything. They have a facebook page, which is where you go through to order and it takes you to shopify,through their facebook page. When you asked them on facebook where you order is, they block you. i have people from all over the world coming to my page and none of them have received their order and all were blocked. My helps people with how to dispute thecharge and report them to shopify who dorsn't seem to care thst a fraudulent business is using their software, we have all filed complaints with shopify and facebook. Their facebook page seems to go up and down, and if you can make comment or review their page trying to warn others they remove your comment and of course block you. please help us stop these people, they just keep taking more and more orders. I ordered Oct 14 and I have been emailing them and they sent ne a garlic press as a "gift" to try and shut me up, and offered me more free gifts to take my page down. All I wanted was the 2 sets of cake decorating tips I purchased. Ifinally asked them for a refund, first they said yes, then theynsaid Ihad caused them to lose customers and business by spreading the word about them. Than you in advance, Dawn Jones.
I saw an advertisement on Facebook to purchase special cake decorating piping tips/nozzles. They were running a special so I ordered several sets. The total was almost $40. I set up an account, place my order and paid. I then received a USPS tracking number which said my order was delivered to Oklahoma. But when I check my account on their website, it clearly shows I live in Illinois. I emailed them but received no response. I also found that there is no address or phone number to be found anywhere for them.
It’s been over a month. I don’t have my items or a response. Currently working with my credit card company to file a fraud report. When I began to suspect something was wrong, I went back to Facebook to find the ad. Instead I found tons of posts about others being ripped off and found a group of members who were in the same boat as me. Nearly all of them received the same tracking number I did.
