My mother received a letter from a company called Premier Promotion Group statinsend a g that she had been awarded a check or cash equivalent in liue. It went on to say that she needed to reply to the notice for ID confirmation, and send $20.00 for confirmation fee payable to P.P.G., in order to get $23,762.00, and to secure futher entires in amount of, or in excess of $4,200,000.00. The letter is signed by Jim Rutherford Accounts Payable Office.
On the back of the letter it says that International Securities Management (I.S.M.) is a research and reporting service that specializes in researching sweepstakes.
This is a scam to get people that they prey upon (senior citzens, like my mother) to send them money without anything being returned or given to the person sending the money.
I received maillings from them telling me i have been Awarded a check for $23,762.00 Dollards and i need to send $20.00 Dollards for Processing and Shipping of the check i did but almost 5 Months later i received Nothing.
Received an Immediate Payment Notification letter from Jim Rutherford today March 28, 2016. I was informed that I had an opportunity to win $23,762.00 if I mailed this company $20.00. Also, I would have a chance to win over 4,3200,00,00. This Immediate Paymnent Notification gave me a ID # of 13809302.
Received letter from Premier Promotion Group indicating that I am able to collect $2,133,275.00 and send in "Certificate of Cetrification" along with $20 cash, check, moneyorder for required dossier release fee. On the letter there is a "signature of authorization" signed by "CARROLL SHELBY". On the certificate he is listed Carroll Shelby, Corporate Bursar, PPG
The signature looks like Shelby's but it looks copied. Signature too exact. Don't think he is involved.
This is a scam. I have been receiving several winning letters over the last month just like this one. If I did win I would have over $7,000,000.00 It seems like these guys are breeding during the summer and coming out to feed on people that fall for this scam around the holidays and first of the year.
Something should happen to these guys and loose their freedom on the streets.

arrest these scammers?. The scammers have to go to the box to pick up their loot. Surveillance teams should be set up to get these guys.
