I have been receiveing robo calls for months from this company stating I requested a call about madicare insurance. No selection to get to a person to put my numbers on the do not call list as I am on the national do not call registry.
I block the number from calling and they clone theirs to another one. Today I finally got a person on the line and all they kept asking me was where I was having pain. They would not confirm my request to be placed on the do not call list.
I advised them to stop the harassing phone calls or legal action would be taken against them.
I was charged for trial offers I received. I was completely unaware this would be done. The terms must have been printed in minuscule print. The customer service rep assured me I would be refunded. Then, they refused to honor what they promised.
Premier Series-Freedom Life is a health insurance company that is virtually useless. They told me that they didn't cover some of my prediagnosed health problems like my diabetes and previous cancer problems.
They didn't tell me that they didn't cover doctor checkups, They don't cover wax removal from ears, strep throat tests, blood tests, and specialists visits to name a few. The thing they do is cover some of my prescriptions.
I tried to contact them by computer and phone and the email address. Every time I try to reach them by email it has changed addresses, my password, and I have never been able to reach them. The payment company contacted me when I changed bank accounts.
I have a lot of medical problems, with dr. visits, presciptions, and specialists. I am retired and have a 17 year old son. I haven't been able to get the tests i need, specialsists I need, checkups I need, eye care and insurance for my son.
This insurance is worthless. The only reason I stayed is because it did help with prescriptions and to avoid tax charges.

Total rip off when purchasing insurance i specifically asked if it was a major medical and they flat out lied and said yes
now i need surgery and all they are willing to pay $250.00
