5/14/2016 I purchased a 2016 28 ft ATC toy hauler. On original invoice Premier Custom Trailer was paid to deliver trailer. On 5/16/2016 trailer was delivered damaged. Trailer was delivered before Premier Custom Trailer opened. Delivery driver anxious to get on the road. I noted damage and signed what I thought was a delivery form from Premier Custom Trailers. At this point I had no idea they had hired a third party. I was finally able to reach Brian the owner and explain the damage. The only offer I received from Brian was to have the trailer repaired. No offer to return the unit. No offer to replace the unit. I expressed major concerns that I wanted a brand new trailer not a trailer that is brand new and looks repaired. 2 days pass and I hear nothing from Brian. May 18th, 2016 I have to reach out to Brian who informs me he has not found a repair facility yet. I am now agitated and he senses this, so scrambles to find a repair shop. I again express if I have to go the repair route which he was telling me I had to do, I do not want it to look repaired. Brian promised me the trailer would look brand new and I would have the trailer back by July 1st, 2016. Brian also promised he would have all materials at the repair facility prior to my trailers arrival on June 17th, 2016.
Brian indicated in that he would have all parts there prior to arrival the repair should take no more than four to five days. With all the assurances from Brian I proceeded to try to register the trailer. Registering the trailer is a whole additional problem that took multiple phone calls and trips to The DMV and Inspection center. It turns out the MSO and the Vin plate on the trailer did not match. This made registration a complete nightmare. I again reached out to Brian owner of Premier Custom Trailers and expressed I do not want this trailer. I do not want to deal with all these problems. Again here came the apologies and assurance he could make everything right. June 17th, 2016 I drop off trailer to Coach Specialist of Texas the dealer Brian chose for the repairs. I would like you to be aware this dealer is over 2 hours from my home. They are very nice and said they will get an estimate written up and to Brian. I inform them they are suppose to have all parts already. The service adviser looks puzzled and says he will check on that and let me know. June 23rd, 2016 Coach Specialty sends me an update email informing me he sent the estimate to Brian and a list of parts needed to ATC the manufacturer. Remember I was promised by Brian all parts would be onsite prior to leaving my trailer at repair facility. July 7th, 2016 Coach Specialty updated me that they had received some part, but they needed a few more before they could begin.
July 13th Coach Confirms with ATC the final parts they need should ship July 15th, 2016. July 26th, 2016 coach updates me they have finally received all parts and began repairs the day before. All parts finally received 25 days after the trailer was to be delivered back to me as promised by Brian. At this point I have received zero updates or follow up from Brian owner of Premier Custom Trailers. I feel they have abandoned me and left all burden on me. August 16, 2016 I picked up the trailer during a thunderstorm. We have bad weather the next few days. Aug 18th weather clears I inspect the trailer and find all Kinds of problems. I immediately contact Brian and send him photos. He blames me for not contacting him sooner. he immediately becomes confrontational and begins placing blame on all parties. Simple fact I was promised the trailer would look brand new by July 1, 2016. That did not happen. Current status as of September 7th, 2016 my trailer is still at repair facility. It has now been almost 4 months ownership and I still do not have my trailer and I still have not been able to use my trailer. Brian of Premier Custom Trailers has not lived up to one promise or assurance that he has made to me his customer.
