I bought two package from Belinda Ocampo and her boss Angela Domingo with the promise that I'll get the dream vacation good for ten people 7days 6nights to Hawaii but after using my first package las November 2016 I still don't have my dream vacation. I tried many times to contact both of them with no success. Just be careful coz all the promises are not true and it's not true that they are living in Cancun Mexico but rather they are base in the Philippines.

Wife got cold-called from this company and high-pressured her into purchasing a "vacation package" for $699. Told her she couldn't call back later after talking to her spouse (otherwise they wouldn't get their money).

Got a confirmation email on the "vacation" and--not surprisingly--key features of the trip that were advertised in the sales pitch were not included.

I tried multiple times to call the company back within one hour of the purchase and was hung up on several times when I asked for a refund. Finally got through to someone and they said the trip was non-refundable and there was nothing they were willing to do. They were not sympathetic at all.

I feel my wife was scammed and misled on what she was purchasing. We are filing a fraud complaint with our bank as well to hopefully get the charge cancelled.

Last quarter of the year 2016. Someone offered me a vacation package that has as per them the biggest discount. I just listened with all the details. And then they ask me to speak with legal agent that will set the package. As this guy started to talk he said that everything will be recorded for both parties safety. All along I thought that this wont charge me any single cent. When the guy asked me permission to charge the package amount on my credit card I immediately said No. He even repeat it that I am not authorizing them to charge my credit card. So I said I am not authorizing you to charge me with that amount and closed the conversation. Now, present time injust check my account just to be shocked when i found out that last January 23rd the Premier Cancun Vacation already charged me with the amount 800US$ package without my permission. This travel agency are forcing people to acquire their vacation package illegally. I want them to cancel my charges asap because I dont have plan to have vacation with them.

My finance was contacted by this organization by phone. She recently arrived from Ethiopia and was easily confused by their sales pitch. When she said she wanted to talk to me first, she was told that if she hung up, the offer would no longer be good. She believed it was a good deal and agrred to their offer. They recorded her saying that the transaction was ok, to prove that she approved the transaction. They have covered their legal bases and it will be difficult for me to get a refund, but I will fight it. We have canceld the card that was used so no more charges can be made on it.

My name is Vincent Villafuerte. I have read Alfred Rubio's report that was submitted last September 4 2015. The very same modus operandi was performed on me two weeks ago by a seemingly harmless lady by the name of Ivy who sent me a friend request on Facebook, which I eventually accepted. We chat for a while and asked for my number, which again I gave. She called and we spoke about personal relationship that sounded pretty much like what happened to Alfred Rubio and God knows how many more men out there that fell into her trap. She said she might be able to talk to her Supervisor Margo "Dang" Flores into giving me her employee discounted rate. Everything really was too good to be true. Ivy said her Supervison will call me within the next minute to give me the details of her employee benfits.

After 15 minutes of non-stop talking Supervisor Margo asked for my financial information to pay $899.00 in return for a 7 day 6 night all inclusive stay to a hotel she never mentioned. Supervisor Margo sent me a link where it said she is working for which is www.premiercancunvacations.com At this point I told Supervisor Margo, that I do not have the money today and that I will let her know as soon as I am able to pay the full amount. Supervisor Margo responded by saying that the process, (whatever that may be) has already started and can not be delayed. She said she can process a payment of $400.00 and the remaining balance of $499 is to be paid before the month ends. I ended up paying the $400.00 last Sept 17, 2016

My message to the management of www.premeircancunvacations.com is that this mode of operation done online using Facebook as a means to lure men into buying vacation plan with malicious intent by your agents, vacation planners will not go unnoticed. I want full refund for the payment I made. I do not understand why your agents need to resort to forceful and deceitful ways in order to sell your product or service. I hope to hear from you real soon..

On March 28, 2016, I received a call from a certain Filipina named Melissa Mendez who said that I was referred by FilCan Int'l Travel and Tours for this Cancun vacation. I told her i dont know anything about cancun and she said its in Mexico. She was talking nonstop and asking things to make the conversation long explaining things about this dream vacation 6-7 days paid trip (take note, PAID TRIP) to Cancun Mexico, everything is provided from food to hotel accommodations and even transportation.

With their offer of 80% discount, she said i can avail of the package for only US$898 from original $2800-$3400. After learning that I speak a certain dialect in the Philippines, she immediately told me that her manager is also fluent with that specific dialect and passed the phone to him. This guy named Paulo Cariaga Dantes (im not really sure if these names are real) started congratulating me for this one time exclusive offer, etc etc... He continued by saying aside from the Cancun vacations, i will also be receiving bonus travel packages to Disneyworld Florida and Ft. Lauderdale Florida, same thing all expenses paid and the travel dates are given with 18mos each interval and up to year 2020 to travel.

With how fast they talk, you cant even butt in to say what you feel about it. To good to be true, but i told him i cant pay for that vacation since im a housewife with no income. And i told him that i need to tell my husband first but he insisted. He said he can help me with the payments, that he can talk to their head to lower the initial payment of $300, until suddenly i was stripped to tell him of my credit card details. i asked him why and he said, for information purposes only. so there i was fooled and misled... He transferred me to another customer service and this guy told me that i will be charged in 3wks time once approved. so that means it is still for approval. unfortunately, when i checked with my bank, this Premier Cancun Vacations already charged me with the initial amount at the very same date they called me! (March 28).

Its a total RIPOFF! so i checked the Purchase letter they sent me and i found out that there were items that werent disclosed during the call and misrepresentations of the said vacation. they reiterated that everything is free but then there are reservation fees to pay, and that there is a mandatory timeshare of 90-120minutes and if you fail to attend, the bonus packages will be cancelled, and is subject to a penalty equal to the entire vacation stay.

my husband learned about it and he was so disappointed so i contacted Paulo Cariaga Dantes to cancel it at once coz i was charged big time and i want my money be refunded but he said its non cancellable and non refundable. so i emailed the customer service of Premier cancun vacations but until now there's no reply. now this guy is telling me not to cancel coz my credit history will be affected and my name will be destroyed in airfare recommendations since he promised that if i refer some friends, i will be given special offers for airfares and additional free travel packages in the philippines.

this is a shocking experience. but all i want is for them to give my money back and not to get more money from my bank and hope these people will grow more conscience and stop fooling innocent people! If Premier Cancun Vacations is a legit company then they should develop a better strategy in attracting customers. not this way!

The claim is about Misleading Information on Bonuses/Extras offered within the Package where the main product is 5 days in Cancun resort with obligatory Time share presentation.

When promoting on the phone, they said that all the Bonuses/Extras were Included in the package price (and even didn’t mentioning other fees). Next, in the written Purchase Confirmation (after having charged us), they mentioned “other fees may apply”. When we receiving the Certificates (after Time Share presentation), it appeared that Dream Week Vacation was just offered with discounts.

We think it’s Misleading to promote something as “included” while it’s just offered with discount.

We sent a letter to support of Premier Cancun Vacations regarding this issue but they answered that it was their partners’ responsibility and they are not responsible for any Bonuses/Extras no matter it was Premier Cancun Vacations who sold this offer (and charged us). We consider the way Premier Cancun Vacations sells its Packages fraudulent.

I have documents to support this report.

I was provided wrong information or different information to me about booking a trip for my additional children. was quoted $150 at one point and then when i was ready to pay they quoted $623 after the trip was paid for and booked (additional fees) - in total i have paid almost $900, and now they want another $623 that would need to be paid before I travel in 6 weeks. I don't have it - my plans were based on the $150 quoted to me.

I have spoken to several people, supervisors, and managers - they are all saying the same thing after reading my file. I also called from another phone and refused to give my name - i was placed on hold for 30 minutes and then told i would need to send an email (which they told me the day before) - but the agent said my name - I asked how he knew it - he said I was the only person calling. But i have been holding for 1.5 hrs to get a manager on the line.

I spoke to about 11 people in the period of time i was on the phone. I was transferred from one Dept to the next - no one wanting to fix the situation. I was promised someone would call me the day before and it didn't happen - i was also told they had to listen to the recordings, after being on the phone for 2 days - a manager finally told me they don't have records - therefore they wouldn't honor what the representative told me.

They could only continue to repeat what was apparently the current policy. They made me request to listen to the recordings through various transfers, as if I was the employee and then to be told 2 days later that there were no records. I spend $520 on passports because of this trip - my total expenses could have been avoided. They also sent "Kathy" the supervisor an email saying I wanted to purchase another package at $600 - but my daughter is 19 - you have to be 30 to get the package and married. Why would I purchase another package! More erroneous information included in the records.

Hello, this is Alfred Rubio. I couldn't keep quiet about this issue anymore. Last June 14, 2015, I've been put into

a situation that rendered me incapable of saying NO. Telemarketers named Mara Bella Mendoza and Jay Lopez, (not sure if these are real names), worked together a setup to get me hooked into this package. This sounds really ridiculous I know, but I want my side to be heard.

One night, a random girl named Mara Bella sent me a friend request on Facebook. I've always been a friendly person, easy to trust other people, and always up to making new friends. We started having awesome conversations about our lives and work, and other personal matters. Everything is good, until it came to the point where she even asked me "What do you think about Long-Distance Relationships". This topic was pretty random and got me overwhelmed, but I just went on and share my opinion about this topic. It turns out she's open to such relationships, and in a way, looking forward into having one. Then we went on and on, until it came to the point where she said "It'd be nice if you can come here and visit me at Cancun, Mexico, or if not, maybe I can go there in Canada someday.". The good conversations and awesome connection all suddenly felt weird and staged. It all started when she mentioned something about how she can maybe ask her Supervisor (Jay Lopez), to get a really good discount for me so I can afford going there. Couple days later, she excitedly informed me that Jay wanted to talk to me and ask some information. Before the questioning happened, she said "You need to pretend that you are my "boyfriend", or else the plan won't work." Honestly, I felt very unsure of all this when she said it. She also added "Just tell him you're 28 yrs old." I've never traveled places like Cancun ever, but I got interested because one of my long time friends live at a nearby City, so I thought this is a good chance to see and meet her. I'm pretty confident befor the transaction happened because my credit card only have an available balance of $10 (Yes, it is maxed out during this time). I talked to Jay, and I gave my credit card info, but when the time came to ask for my CCV I hesitated and hung up the phone. Jay called me again and again until i couldn't ignore it anymore. So I picked up and told him the line got disconnected. He said "Okay, instead of $450, we'll try $350, just give Mara a chance, okay?". "A chance for what?" that's what I thought in my head after hearing what he said. Because I'm so confident that they could never extract any money from me, due to the CC not having enough balance, I finally gave Jay the CCV. *NOTE* during this time, I have a balance of $380CAD on my Debit account for the upcoming truck payment. When I checked my account the following day, the $380 disappeared and on my posted activities, it says "Credit Card Payment $380". I felt so hopeless. I didn't know what to do, I called in sick to both of my jobs scheduled that day (Friesens and COOP), because I honestly couldn't think of what to do. I was able to borrow money from my mom for the scheduled truck payment. But I'm now bound to pay $148 per month for the next 4 months to pay the remaining balance for the package. Right now, I have 2 more upcoming payment schedules, Sept. 14 and Oct. 14. This whole thing put me into a very bad financial situation, and even ruined my relationship with my mom and step father due to the borrowing of money. So Please, I would like to cancel this package, and get a full refund. I hope you can understand my situation, I would be willing to buy packages from you guys, but not through this forceful and deceitful manner. I do believe these packages are legit, but the manner of selling them to potential customers are not very good. So please, hear me out, I do believe I'm not the one who should be responsible finding someone to transfer this package into. I just really need the money back because I'm in huge financial problem right now mainly due to this forced transaction.

Lady with the name Christine Tales that works for Premier Cancun vacation messages me on FB, tried to get to know me. Explains her sob story about her family. Then she starts to get personal. Explains she has a discount for family. She then states that I have to talk to her supervisor and let her know im her BF. She persuaded me to purchase two bookings. After a while she tried to get me to purchase another one stating that if they do not meet quota she will lose her job. In the end i was able to deduct and figure out they are using fake FB accounts to lure men into purchasing vacation packages by befriending men and trying to flirt and brainwash them to come to cancun when in reality they are located in a call center at Philippines. After contacting their customer service reps they have decided to refund my money but with a 40% Penalty? I want a full refund. This is not right..... To Premier Cancun Vacations - Is this how you train your agents? Very unacceptable.

First an agent called me up and said that the vacation packages was 6 nights/7 days in Cancun. The tour package cost $1698.00 for 2 adults all inclusive. After I gave my Credit card information. She said a customer servive agent would called me up to give me a booking and confirmation number. The agent even mentioned that my reservation is cancellable and transferable with no additional cost or payments.

When I spoke to the customer service, she said that my reservation was now in Mayan Riviera. I expalined to the customer service agent that the sales agent told me it would be in Cancun.

I tried calling back the agent number (209) 253 2393 but no answer. I tried calling the 1800 968 6873. The number I spoke to Ms. Betty the custumer service but that number was an adult entairtainment site.

They already charged my credit card and still haven't received any itinerary or hotel info. Since last Monday (Aug. 21, 2017) I had been trying to contact the customer service and when I told them that I am cancelling my reservation, they will put me on hold for over 30 minutes and the line would be disconnected. I had been trying this everyday 3 times a day.

Now, August 24, 2017, I was able to spoke again to the customer service and she just email me my itinerary but NO Hotel information, No activities informations. She said it's not cancellable and she immediately hang up.

I filed a outscam against premier cancun vacations for its employees actions lara dela cueva and margeux flora for deceiving me in buying two vacation packages. The results were phenomenal, i received a voice message from rosario isneros, a customer service representative for the premier cancun vacations. In that voice message she stated that i can get my money back with 10% penalty for the two packages and she wanted me to call her back to facilitate the refund process. So the following day, i have called and called but to no avail, the phone number provided just keeps going to a loop and eventually would terminate the call. Then i tried to send her an email which she responded to but now was offering a 2 year extension for the packages and it will be good for other destinations their company offers. I respectfully declined this offer and that is where our communication halted to a complete stop. I attempted to contact her again through email several times but this time with no response.

I was cold called the morning of 5-12-17 while caring for my 5 year old son and 3 month old niece. Of course the vacation offer sounded like a great deal. ( I'm having a melt down here kids are stressing me out lol. Visualizing myself on a beach sounds great). So I accepted the offer. I spoke to my fiancé. And we'll he was furious with me. I am a stay at home Mom who just maxed out her credit card on this $1298 purchase.so you can see why I am in trouble. I called the customer service number back within 10-20 minutes of the offer trying to cancel. I was told I was not able to cancel. The Trip was nonrefundable. However she did say she would call me back in 10 minutes. 2 hours later no call. So I called back a 2nd time and that person hung up on me after trying to transfer. Called again and waited awhile for some someone to answer.I'd get a couple thank you for calling premier Cancun vacations hold please. Spoke to someone again told them my issue was placed on hold for a long period. Then call was dropped. Called back AGAIN. Anyway you get the idea. This was frustrating. Went around and around with another lady she agreed to cancel my package. But wants me to pay a 25% penalty. In order to receive the refund I must. Sign a a form and along with a copy of my drivers license. Which I find as odd considering my ID was not required for such a large purchase. All they wanted was a rushed answer and a credit card. This company preys on people's impulse To buy. You have to answer while on the call or offer will no longer exists. They know what they are doing and it is wrong. If this is such a great deal then. Then why can I not cancel. Give this offer to someone who actually wants it. This is wrong. All I want is to cancel and be refunded in full . 659253002I can understand a penalty if I waited more than 24 hours. But I called back literally 10-20 minutes later. Note to self and everyone out there. If someone ever calls with a offer you have to accept right away. Don't do it. Chances are your making a mistake. It's a scam some way or another.
