This company is the true definition of a scam. This company has one thing in mind collecting $65.00 Dont even bother paying for parking or putting up your receipt they will boot you anyway. Andrew, has more stories then a libary. The best thing to do is NEVER park in one of his lots. And call every GOVERNMENT AGENCY to get him shut down.
Wife paid for parking in downtown Miami, entered TAG into machine, but failed to display ticket. They took advantage of this fact to boot her car. They are thieves and have no conscience or soul.
I deliver to a restaurant and the back entrance is in a parking lot that premier booting owns just so they can boot people. The only way to get everything into the truck is through the back door. They know I'm there and that I'm coming in and out loading the truck but they waited till I went back inside to boot the truck instead of saying something directly. all because they want to rip people off. I had to pay 89.00 to get the boot removed. They took 2 hours after I called them to come take it off. They were rude and disrespectful and they should not have any right to put a boot on a vehicle. They boot numerous cars a day within minutes of expiration of the meter they wait like hawks just to rip people off. Then they take their time to get back and remove the boot knowing full well they were just there a couple minutes before. This makes Coconut Grove lose business and companies lose workers because companies like premier booting only want money and honest hard-working people get the boot.
Premier Booting just booted my car in a parking lot in Wynwood right next to R House even though I have a receipt showing I PAID TO PARK! These people are thieves! The machine asks for your license plate number. But I was booted because I didn't display the receipt on my dashboard. They're charging me $89 for what is supposed to be about $65 per County law. And on top of that they refused to remove the boot without payment even though it was a simple misunderstanding. The driver who goes around installing and removing boots drove off when I asked for help. And the dispatchers were even less helpful.
I'm working with the City to try and get a refund.

.I was late and got booted though i paid 25.00 to park. 6 hours not enough...This is wrong. Parking lot empty but i paid more than any area around for parkin. Total ripoff

However, unlike most public parking lots where you enter your TAG - these jerks want you to display the ticket as well. She failed to do so and they booted her car. It cost $89 to get it taken off. No one in the company cared or bothered to check the machine that shows she paid. They just wanted the easy $89. I emailed the owner and he offered to pay half. I chose not to take his "hush money". How many other people get taken this way on daily basis? You can't avoid some low-life lot owner from using this company (I'm sure they get kick-backs too) - but my advice is: just don't park in any private lots in Miami.
