I signed up with this company. The system produced an error and does not let me advance past the initial screen. I called customer support and the person sighed like she has heard this issue a few times and then she told me to check if I entered my SSN correctly, which I did. She then said that was all the help she could offer and I would have to create an online trouble ticket and someone would get back to me by email sometime in the future. I asked if I could speak to a supervisor or tech support since I took the day off to take this course and instead she said she could not and just hung up on me.
