Unjustly terminated as a patient because the pharmacy didn't fill my most expensive prescription for Medicaid to pay for it Traci refused to ask the doctor to override for me to get a new prescription getting me all upset and frustrated. Traci was the problem here I just another patient on a long list who they terminated unjustly. They get the patients upset & frustrated then they terminate them leaving them in the cold.
Medicade told me that the Doctor could override it & give me a new prescription. But traci told us they couldn't. Just getting me all upset & frustraded. Besides working things out with the patient they throw them out the door! I have saved all the text messages then after they terminate me they give me a new prescription for a different dibetic medicine because I could not longer take the medicine because Traci was being the problem & playing Doctor not telling the real Doctor to override in the computer to give me a new prescription.
It's not right how Doctors' offices & pharmacies get patients & customers all upset then tell them not to come back!
