I cannot begin to describe what that shop owner and Manager Said Nasr. He some really bad things to me, and is very evil and disrespectfull of Me. I Have been ripped off several times with inlvolving the repairs of my Firebird Tramam. I will not be the first to come on here and complain. Not only did he not fix may car properly, he ripped me off and charged me $1,00.00 to fix my AC. This incident happend somtime around 2008-2009. I picked up my car, he told me before that the repairs for the AC would be $750.00. That was expensive, and he assured me that he was trustworthy. You see me like others who will complaining, also trusted him, but not anymore. When i came back to pick up the car, the Ac was making a knocking sound, he told me that it was nothing to worry about. That was the first problem. He then tells me that the repair cost is $1500.00+ and some change and that i dont pay it, he is not releasing the car.
Not only did this happen, i had and accident involving a Green Transam that i owned and had to transfer the engine from the Green one to the red one. He took out the engine out of the red one, and this was in 2010, and i am he is still holding that engine and has made it clear that i will not be getting my engine back. So this according to the cops i have talked to and the lawyers i have talked to, that this is theft of property. So this was a theft. In fact i contacted him two months ago, told it was Mark, and he told me he was busy and that was it. He took my engine and i wont be geting it back. This is a high value enfine, the LT-1 5.7 litre corvette engine.
I can bet my life on it, that this has happend to you before. Not only has he done that, when i took the car back to change the transmission fluid, he took the car from the shop and took it to a Transmission. I demanded that the car be realesed, he said no, that he is not releasing the car. I was stranded in the Westhiemer ares until 11:00 pm that night and was unable to return to my office. When the car came back, he asked me to come to pick up the car. This time, i was told its $2,500.00 and that if i dont pay it, he was going to file a mechanical lien against my car, i left and contacted a lawyer. The lawyer said that i am looking at $5,000.00 to sue the crap out of him, that i need to look into the cheaper way out, to pay him the money, and get the car. So i had to pay him the money and get back the car. So i had to pay him the money. if Said Nasr decided to come after me becuase of this report. I will take all docs and proof and i will retain a lawer, and i will sue him and his business to the full extent of the law. I even have info that mean that i may be contacting the FBI since they have already paid him and that other invidual next to his business who owns a body sho,. who has already done timefor fraud. This report is 100% and it details are a fact of life. Anyone cosidering a class action law suit, please contact me. I have dirt on this shop and it owner. To resolve the prolem with me, means that Mr Said Nasr must schedule a time for me to pick up my property and then i will condider writing report about the issue being solved. Anyone reading reading my report that has had similar things that have heppened to them and thier familes, i highly recomend that your file a report. Based on the bad and selfish bad behavior of this individual, i am not convinced that he has any intention of returning my property. If you have been ripped off, write a report and the public know why they keep getting overcharged. I have decided to go through with a lawsuit, and will be doing something once my theft report is filed with the Houston Police department.
